I use to work for them they put caretakers in deployable conditions having to clean peoples houses and bathrooms with human fecis on floor and toilet gross living conditions then when u complain about a client that shoves a cup in your face becouse you didnt know they did the dishes in dishwasher the night before so they lie to you and say theres no clients for months on end and then finally after months tell you to find another job not a good business I would never recommend them there horrible

Royal Brock is a wonderful place for residents and staff. The resident's needs, health care and safety are top priority. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Very impressed with the overall atmosphere of the Royal Brock.

We had my mother-in-law at St. Mary's a short time until she passed away. The building is very old but they are moving to a new facility. I felt the staff was always very compassionate and gave her good care. A few of the aides had cute nick names for her and would make her smile. The social workers truly care too and would always update us on anything going on with her. No nursing facility is perfect, but we never had any issues here.

My mom was there for 9 months and me or my girlfriend went a few times a week. That way we cared for mom, talk to others and feel out how things were there. For one thing the doors except for the main front entrance, do not have automatic handy cap push buttons, so the majority of people in wheel chair or walkers must open them manually. To me that’s such a fire hazard. We wanted to volunteer , but quickly realized if we did we would surly be fired for our opinions, which we wouldn’t be able to hold in.Instead we just helped cut up food, push them to their rooms and just sit and talk as long as they want.This way we weren’t we could do what we saw was needed, without being on the schedule. The cook ( NOT A CHEF) as stated, feeds residents very poor quality food.The majority is frozen, not homemade meals.The residents have complained since he started over 2 years ago. The only reason he is still there is because La Chaumiere won’t pay a decent wage so nobody wants the job.They also are so under staffed. The same goes for nurses wages there. Good thing I brought her to spend days or even a week at a time to my home. Its cheaper than most for a big reason.We took mom out of there.

John Mathews has been our caregiver for over 2 years now and we always are very happy with him taking care of my brother. Congratulations Bright Star for providing a good quality service. We appreciate your hard work.

Please do NOT entrusts your family member or loved ones with these people... It's difficult enough dealing with the grief that comes when we're losing a loved one... This company their nurses, representatives are not in communication with each other and they have very little process's in place. My dad is currently a hospice patient with Mclaren. I have been trying desperately to get a return phone call for 3hrs. Ashley the administrative assistant stop accepting my calls and just sends me to voicemail. I was told the on call nurse would call me but to NO avail... They don't even have a professional curtesy that would have them prioritize a call back from the facility charge nurse. This place is THE PITS!

The manager sharita or whatever u want to call her is very unprofessional,rude, and very un-organized. Cusses at employee s and is very very rude to the elderly . This woman needs to be fired ! I've tried multiple times to get ahold of the owners but sharita will not transfer you over . Worst customer service I have ever came across.
