What a wonderful staff! We were treated like VIPS the entire week. Joan LaVare, the head of house keeping made certain our room was always clean and well supplied.

The rooms are dated, but clean.

Cet auberge est non fumeur. Et les règles sont très strictes à ce sujet. Et l'aubergiste est très stricte sur la propreté des lieux. Une visite vous convaincra. L'auberge est tout près du lac Témiscamingue. Les chambres sont paisibles et le personnel très chaleureux. Il y a par contre un bâtiment sur le terrain voisin abritant des petits appartements très appréciés pour les travailleurs où certains locataires sont fumeur mais un système de filtration est installé et il n'y a pas d'odeur de cigarettes dans les aires communes.

I was cosy and comfortable... But just a word of caution, the shower door gives to the room not the bathroom
