Clean, Simple and Cheap. The rooms are a bit smelly and you have to run the shower for 2 minutes before you can have hot water. Not a really good design. Perfect for workers or if you want something cheap.

Stayed there for one night. The air conditioning was not working properly and the room was super hot, stuffy, and smelled like socks. Basic condiments like a simple coffee maker or a fridge was not available. We travelled all the way from Vancouver to Toronto and Quebec and all the hotels and inns on our way even the ones in the middle of literally nowehere had a mini fridge or a coffee maker. Asked the reception but they refused to change the room because it was apparently too late. The beds were clean and comfortable though. The breakfast was so low quality and they bought the cheapest stuff ever.

My gf and I stayed here during our stay in Quebec City and we absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the rooftop terrace was very nice too although we didn't end up roasting marshmallows over the fire as we ran out of time. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to much of what we had on our itinerary so we just walked everywhere.

Stayed at this place last night...very clean, affordable and just a charming, quaint place. Breakfast is great and included in the price. Husband and wife owners/operators are really there for you. Would highly recommend!!!

Should be a 5 star hotel, host are welcoming, it’s really comfy the view from the roof terrasse is amazing and the home made breakfast is awesome!

Fantastic, clean, quiet.

"Over booked" our room meaning we were sent to another hotel for the second night of our two night reservation. Straight garbage place.

Very large rooms. Old hotel, out dated furniture, location is OK. they dont have their own car parking. It is across the other street (walk 3-4 min)stuff are friendly. the didn't have breakfast the time i visited. price wise, very reasonable.

The service is lacking. We booked room for 4 but on arrival there were 2 coffee pods and 2 cups for 4 of us. When I called and asked for more they said OK and never showed up. The hotel parking was full and I was asked to park somewhere else which was annoying. The room was ok but quite worn. Our room was not made on the second day. The good: The hotel is nicely located. Has two nice restaurants (skip the buffet style breakfast as its horrible). There was a young girl helping us on the first day (don't remember the name but she was Russian) - extremely pleasant - she was the highlight of our stay there - helped my family to feel welcomed.

Room waa very nice and comfortable. Not a lot of channels offered for tv. Free wifi, room had a mini fridge. Staff bilingual, friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good. Coffee machine there is amazing. They do lock the front door at night so if you're checking in late be sure to call. Close to Starbucks and several restaurants. I recommend inox brewery for a drink and bar food.

Location is awesome. Nice view on the ski slopes. Rooms were clean and service was well over average.

Well located close to old quebec and surrounded with all sorts of shops.

Great service at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, quiet, comfortable bed. Restaurant had a wonderful breakfast. Valet service was fantastic, even cleaned the bugs off my windshield before bringing me my car.

Wish I could give this hotel 10 stars. Excellent service, staff goes above and beyond. Can not say enough great things about our time here! Plus, it is located in beautiful old Quebec. Leave your car with the valet, you are going to want to walk.
