Amazingly located (heart of Upper-Town in Old Quebec). Couldnt be more central and it goes WITHOUT the outrageous pricing! :)

Quaint old hotel (original home built 1830, converted to a hotel 50 years ago), it is in one of the best locations in Old Quebec, Wonderful staff, awesome view, great value on breakfast an hotel rates !!!!

The rooms are quite tight but the bed and pillows are comfortable. It is clean and has ac! The sink in our room had some difficulty draining and the hot/cold water shower situation was a little difficult. It's a little dated but the location is very central and overall good value. There are not enough parking spots but it is very close to the city hall parking, so it is fine.

Very good for the price we paid, and breakfast was a nice plus, you start your day ready, no more stops. The free parking also was a good thing. Friendly employees and professional. Everything was extremely smooth. Check out at noon not 11am as lot of places. Highly recommended for quick travel not planned in advance. The only down side it the distance of 20 minutes by car to old Quebec.

A nice hotel/motel on a budget. Clean room but it's on the smaller side. I used public transit to go visit the old city of Quebec and had no issues.

Clean room, friendly staff, well situated meet restaunts and grocery stores.

Great service. Check in was excellent and easy. Bed was comfortable and location was convenient. Breakfast could have been better and have a better selection but overalll would recommend. .

The staff are very cordial and helpful. We had two very comfortable nights here. Would recommend.

We arrived on 7/3 with departure on 7/7. The AC hardly worked. We went out for dinner and a show at 3:15pm. I stopped at the front desk and informed the manager on duty that our unit stopped working and hoped it could be fixed upon our return. We returned at 1am. It wasn't repaired. The manager on duty at that time came to our room and showed me what to do when it stopped. He left and 5mins later it shut down. It took me till 2:30am to get it to stay on. I have never been through this before. We had to ask to have our room freshened up and new towels. Our last day, 7/6, no towels again, I went to the pool area and got towels myself. Didn't bother asking again. This place is okay for a one night stay but wouldn't make it a lengthy stay. We will not come back.

The best hotel I've ever had.

Front desk clerk was very friendly, the room was clean and the wifi signal there was very good. The only minor negatives was that there a few malfunctioning electrical outlets and the bathtub was too small for a guy my size ( I'm 6'2"). Still a decent place to stay though and the price was right.
