Hotel/Motel

Love this place cozy

Wonderful B and B! Excellent hosts!!

Excellent. Staff, rooms, and the swimming pool really warm and clean perfect space for a calm family vacation.

The owner is very friendly and was always willing to help and offer suggestions. The 2 queen room was a good size and clean. The beds each had 4 pillows so no needing to ask for more and were comfortable. The continental breakfast with make your own waffles was exactly what I expected and very good. We planned to stay for one night and ended up staying dor two! Great job 😃 Next time we are in the area, we will definitely stay again.

I came to this hotel out of the many options that were available in the city and all I can say is that I am blown away by the exceptional customer service that was provided by Toni during my stay. Having traveled often to many hotels over the years I can honestly say that I have never had a experience like I did during my stay. I was always greated with a smile and Toni went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I was here for work and Toni made me feel like I was on a mini vacation while away from home. Toni is amazing and presents the personification of professionalism while creating a memorable experience. I will be back in the area again in the future and based on my experience I will not have to spend anytime deciding where to stay. Toni is a valuable asset to the company and I hope that any future stays I have at other locations in the US have customer service representatives that are half as good as she was.

Dont see how this place is running the room was terrible i couldnt even use the bathroom smelled like piss walls were in bad shape and a bad cigarette smell never again dnt waste your 💸💸💸

I wouldn't give this place one star. It was dirty from the outside all the way to the room. My room was not cleaned, not vaccummed, the mattress was horrible. They gave me another room but no difference with a dead bug on mattress seam.

I stayed here for six months. The owners were very attentive to any needs I had. Very quiet area. Nice big sized rooms and bathroom. I enjoyed my time there.

Good location ok service

Very pleasant.. excellent staff

Updated and very clean. They accommodated my family and I by upgrading us to a higher priced room due to a water pressure issue that was later fixed. Nice pool sauna area. Very friendly service. Highly recommend

This was a good hotel. The checkout person could've been more hospitable.

My Grandparents came to visit from Florida, and wanted a hotel close to me. Last winter they stayed here and paid $65.00 a night, this visit they were charged $80.00 both times, they stayed in the same room. The price is only an issue, because while the cost went up, the value went down. The Good: Convenient location right by 696 and 75, indoor pool (small, but well maintained) The Bad: The carpet in the room had a hole in it, right in front of the door, no soap in the room at all, when asked the front desk clerk offered shampoo as they had no soap. There was only one bath towel, no washcloths, or hand towels. (I guess this makes sense, no soap means no shower?) They offer wi fi, but the connection was spotty at best. The pool is indoor, and has decent hours, being open until 10, however my grandmother, was too afraid to leave the room after we left to use it, as the entire hallway reeked of marijuana, and the side door to the hotel (which is supposed to require a keyboard to enter) would not latch, and was actually propped open.

Charming hotel decorated in a Victorian theme!! Nice pool.. very good food in the restaurant. 2 miles to Henry Ford with free shuttle service. Everyone was very nice, hotel was very clean. Would stay here again!

Two Comments from me (the owner of the B&B): 1. The first 'review must be in the wrong place since we are still open, but Little Lake B&B was sold and closed last year. 2. The 1 star review from Michael Bennett-- We have no record of a Michael Bennett ever staying with us in the past 6 years.

Gourmet breakie! Walk to everything. Very quaint and relaxing stay on the patio.

A beautiful home, relaxing, sunsets, comfortable bed, antiques, helpful hosts, delicious breakfast.
