Very special place in our hearts. Wonderful people...and the food....

Definitely coming back! We travel to the Shelburne area from Minnesota at least once a year to visit family. This year we decided to look for a bed and breakfast and we discovered Small Pond B&B. We have the entire downstairs (walk out basement) to ourselves and it’s been so great to enjoy this beautiful country location just 5 minutes from town. Debb and Norm have been great hosts and breakfast was the best meal I’ve had since we’ve been in Ontario for a week now. We basically have an apartment with a kitchen and a patio facing east toward the pond. So glad found these guys and we won’t booking a hotel or motel anymore when we visit Shelburne. Raymond Velyan

The country inn motel is THE place to stay while visiting beautiful Dunnville. The service is amazing and the rooms are fully loaded with everything you need. Highly recommend the Country Inn Motel to anyone looking to spend a relaxing weekend in Dunnville.

Very kind and friendly service beautiful suites and amazing food in the restaurant. I will be telling all my friends to stay here id they ever come to berrie. And i will be coming back to stay here again.

Conveniently located off the hwy. Staff very friendly and when talking to a few they are long term employees and enjoy working with one another and the owner. Coffee is always on and a pitcher of iced lemon water is available. The rooms have microwave, fridge which are pretty standard and 2 complimentary bottles of water. On the main floor rooms you can park outside your room for easy loading and unloading suitcases. I'd stay there again. Nice breakfast area to eat your complimentary breakfast.

No elevator. Air conditioner was busted. Pool was nice and big. Hot tub was relaxing.

Comfortable inexpensive hotel

Very poor service and extremely irresponsible staff. We booked a room online then were told by front desk there’s no reservation record. We called customer service but the front desk refused to collaborate, he wouldn’t reset the program and wouldn’t help to get us refund. It’s a very upsetting experience.
