Lovely, clean place with comfy beds. Staff was also friendly and accommodating. Very much enjoyed my stay!

Nice affordable place, close to food places and store's. Great staff.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks, the conditions were ok-ish. The AC worked, but by that I mean it gave a funky smell when you turned on the heater. The location was good, since we had places to eat and shop at nearby and the staff were extremely nice, but the breakfast was poor and the hallway was smelling bad.

Great price and hospitality.

Rooms were clean but a bit plain. Beds in rooms were supposed to be queens but ended up as doubles. Best free breakfast!!! Over all good experience

I stayed at the residence and conference centre this past weekend with my lacrosse team. Upon arrival, I found out that I had not actually had a room booked. The gentleman I spoke to never put my name in the system, nor took any information down for the room. But the ladies at the front were absolutely amazing, and were so nice throughout the weekend even though they seemed to be very busy! Super clean rooms, and near lots of places if you don't mind the drive! Parking is a bit out of the way, but they have a really nice common room and BBQ set up outside!

It's ok but it could be better

I like the place. Staff is helpfully and it’s clean. I’ve been there for both work and personal reasons. My only beef is the restaurant/bar closes at odd hours. I’m sure they have a reason but if you are there for a convention you’d think they’d have food available just in case.

Avoid this place at all costs. Front desk guy is the owner and in his words "I didnt ask you to come here, you chose to come here". Do not chose to go to this place. Beds are from the 70s and everything else was picked up at the dump. All rooms smell of smoke and urine.

The staff is awesome. Very clean. Breakfast is awesome. They are the best. Nothing bad to say all good.

Good hotel. The owners are nice. And it's very clean and quiet.

Its exactly what you expect

THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!! We booked a non-smoking room but it still smelt like smoke. There was very bad lighting in the room. The lamp wasn't working. The stove, fridge and microwave were nasty and very dirty. The bathroom had the worst door (a sliding one). It did not fully close. The sink in the washroom was very squeaky. The water coming from the shower was either too hot or too cold. The bathtub wasn't even stable. The bathtub floor was wobbly. The beds were squeaky and there were stains on the mattress and bed sheets. There was no breakfast all they could offer us was a doughnut and some coffee. When we came back home, we realized that they had charged us two times for our stay. We called them but they kept on arguing and saying that we stayed for two nights when in reality we stayed for one night. We have prof that we stayed for one night but they still wont refund our money and they keep on insisting to charge us for two nights. If i could, I would give it 0 stars. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

Theres no coffee maker!! But the shower was hot! Reception was nice!

Clean room, bedding is comfortable, 4 channels where available. Stayed on far side on a Friday minimal noise. If your stay in front on the motel by the office they won't allow you to have any visitors after 10ish make a big stink, not a place to go back to after the bar to party.

Stayed here last year and it was about a 3 star. Cheap and divey, you don't check in here expecting much. At least in the room I had last year the fan/AC worked... Spent a hot and sticky night with the window open, which meant listening to the other esteemed guests until 4am. I would have recommended this place as a cheap motel prior to this visit, but I feel like the owners have let things go a little too much. Look elsewhere unless you are desperate.
