The rooms are great! You get a fully furnished suite better than at some major hotels. Private deck and bbq to boot. Minutes to the beach and a short drive to the falls. The owners are exceptional, seeing to the needs of the guests. This is one of my favourite places to stay year, after year.

The hotel is nice but is built a bit like a maze. Hallways tend to go on forever and getting from parking to hotel is quite complicated. The rooms were a good temperature, clean, and up to date. Our coffee machine was a little dirty but am employee overheard me talking about it in the elevator and I had a brand new on in my room that day. Staff is friendly and eager to help. They have a pretty cool area downstairs including pool, mini golf, bowling, sauna, hot tub, and fitness centre. Despite a few inconveniences with location and design, I would stay here again.

Great service, rooms very clean, an iron and ironing board inside the room. Great breakfast. The staff are amazing too!

Excellent hotel.The decor is incredible. the food was delicious and staff was super friendly. Highly recommend it for events. Friendly staff, clean, very comfortable room. Small personal touches were nice as well.

In a few years, this motel will be wonderful. New owner is in the process of updating and renovating. I won't go into the small things that went wrong during our 4 day stay because they were just growing pains. It has a great location and lots of potential. But having said that it provided us with more than reasonably priced accommodation on short notice. Room was a good size and cleaning staff did a great job. There does, however, need to be more outdoor seating available now. Everyone wants to be outside but it's difficult with 1 bench and 1 picnic table.

I used to love this as the Lindsay Can Ar Bus Stop. Sorry never stayed at HJ.Dining room clean with a coffe shop. Be advised that the Can Ar Coach Bus stop has been moved to the Lindsay Dry Cleaners

The Kent Inn is a charming hotel. It's clear that people who care have purchased an old motel, modernizednit, and they run it well. Reasonable rates, fantastic bed and bedding. Friendly staff, too!

Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were well maintained by the cleaning staff.. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and good hostess. Perfect on a budget. bus station within 50m and walking distance to University of Waterloo, Downtown Waterloo and Laurier University.

We had a little mishap with the dates on our reservation and the manager did what he could to help us and still offer us a room. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. In a very nice area and walking distance to many places. I would definitely recommend it. It only needs a pool.

Had a quiet room in the back of the hotel. Comfy bed, pillows we're a bit too soft and the place was pretty clean. Didn't have a USB plug, so remember your phone charger plug thing so you can plug it in.
