If you are on a budget, then this place is hard to beat. Aircon, bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with double bed and futon, kitchenette with microwave, cooker and fridge-freezer. I didn't really need all that, and it wasn't included in the description, so I may have got one of those no-other-rooms-left upgrades. Anyway, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and for me the location was great. It's not a palace, and although the room was clean and tidy it didn't have the freshest smell I've ever smelt, but for value, it has to be given 5 stars.

Great place. Carolyn and Steve are wonderful hosts. Breakfast is a communal affair, and the innkeepers join their guests for the breakfast buffet. Rooms are basic but nice, and there is plenty of comfortable common space, with fireplaces and outside fire pit for those who want to use it. Welcome party includes the family dog Cosmo - a friendly black lab mix rescued from the local SPCA.

The place is beautifully remodeled. Its clean and family friendly place. Recommend to visitors!

Exceptional hospitality and extraordinary food and drink. Everything fresh. A clean and comfy room/bath in an unconventional setting. Marvelous meals with fellow travelers from around the globe sharing stories...a wonderful experience 😊

A quaint little motel on a beautiful island. Room had a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Even a barbeque and picnic table outside! It's nothing fancy, but it's a wonderful retreat.

Fantastic experience. As close to perfect as you can get. I would rate it as 6 out of 5 stars if that was possible.

A genuine treasure of a find for a peaceful night in peaceful surroundings; wonderful hosts, and a great breakfast. We will be back and, in the meantime, you will be mentioned to our friends as the best place to stay in Port Alberni - no doubt about that.

I love that the clinic has different modalities... I get acupuncture, chiropractic and massage treatments all in the same place! Another convenience is that they have a pharmacy right there and I always leave with the herbs I need!

They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quaint and comfortably fit the 4 of us. The bathroom was well kept and clean. The rooms are spacious and they even offer pet friendly rooms!

Where is Augusta Inn?

Located right on the highway. Convenient location as it's right in town. Water pressure was good. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Very old and needs to be renovated. It's a motel. Rooms have a heavy odor of mixed old smoke and moisture. Like they never opened any windows. Location is good, people are friendly. Could be way better.

Stayed with a friend but the room was dirty. After asking them to come clean, they came the next day and didn't do a very good job

Check in was quick, rooms are clean but could use an update. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall, good experience.
