I was searching for a particular item but could not find it. I was about to leave when an employee asked if I found what I was looking for and told him no. He asked what it was and I explained it. He had to ask the boss. She found it on line and ordered it and waived the shipping to my home.

Bon service pour vendre mais c'est tout. Mauvais service apres vente, mauvaise qualité des produit. J'ai acheter une porte de bain que j'ai fais installer par un professionnel a mes frais car le service d'installation n'es pas offert par bain dépot. La porte a briser la meme journee de l'installation et a endommager mon bain et la ceramique du mur. Présentement bain depot ne peux pas me rembourser la porte et je dois attendre que les superieurs prennent une decision peux importe le temp que ca peux prendre. Donc J'ai un bain defoncer un mur de douche emdommager et je ne peux pas le faire reparer car un technicien doit aller constater lea degat. C'eat la seule salle de bain que j'ai donc je ne peux pas me laver dans salle de bain toute neuve a cause debain depot etd'une porte de douche a 300$ . S'il vous plait n'aller jamais faireaffaires chez bain depot c' eat une arnaque et ne faite pas la meme erreure que moi. N'allez pas encourager une compagniequin'a que faire de ses clienten autant qu'ils font de l'argent!

Our experience with Studio One Kitchen & Bath Specialists LLC – Richard Evans and Dave Acevedo, SR. -- was very positive and we cannot recommend them highly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. We recently used Studio One to remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms and have been delighted with both the process and the results. They take genuine pride in the quality of the work they are doing. Studio One – is a first-rate company that strives to fully satisfy. These are the workers that truly listened to our needs and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. Both our kitchen and bathrooms look picture-perfect, and all are so much more functional than they were before. We were unquestionably pleased that the remodel stayed on schedule and within budget. The remodel took the demolition of the kitchen and one bathroom down to the studs and put it all back together again with kitchen priorities, bathroom essentials and new electrical and plumbing all over. Dave and Rich provided us with good sources for our kitchen cabinetry; appliances, and bathroom solutions. This can be a handful if you have not done it before. The work performed during the remodel is of the highest standard and we enjoyed working with Studio One and all their sub-contractors. Remodeling, or any kind of renovation can be very stressful, but having Studio One as our hands really helped alleviate our concerns. Worked with Epiphany Kitchens from start to finish in a three year process of building a brand new home. Raffi, Jay, and Tony couldn't have been better to work with. Our kitchen is the heart and soul of our household and the end results truly display this. It is absolutely state of the art and incorporated all that we hoped for and more. Raffi assisted in the selection process of everything from appliances, hardware, sinks, counter tops, backsplash, lighting, hardware as well as our beautiful Amish cabinetry. He designed and helped in selections of everything for three bathrooms.....all of which are stunning. We cannot imagine having done this project without Epiphany Kitchens. They were incredibly easy to work with, accessible to us day and night, responded to our phone calls, text messages, emails promptly. We developed an incredible relationship with all of them and recommend them with great enthusiasm!!
