Astro Design Centre (Julia Enriquez, Designer) ________________________________________ Renovations can be overwhelming, stressful and expensive especially for a big project such as redesigning a kitchen. Our 30 year old kitchen was transformed into a modern, gorgeous functional room where we can entertain family and friends. We instantly connected with Julia Enriquez our Astro Designer. Julia is professional, organized, meticulous, she has incredible taste and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Julia deserves to be recognized for her amazing design. Thank you Julia! Congratulations to the Astro team involved in our project from design to installation, our renovation was an awesome experience. We are thoroughly satisfied with the Astro team and would highly recommend Astro to anyone who is planning future renovations.

I highly recommend Westend Bath and Kitchen to others who are planning a kitchen or bathroom renovation for all-round exceptional service and results. In every way, my project far exceeded my hopes. • Design: Joanna Dempsey, the designer, skillfully noted my preferences and worked with me to shape a design that was sophisticated, calming and timeless. She was very effective at identifying design elements and colour combinations that would fit well together. I would have been incapable of achieving the same results without her guidance. Joanna was also vigilant in respecting my budget, and identified cost-effective alternatives with similar characteristics to higher cost items that I liked. • Products: The products were of consistently high quality, notably the cabinetry, flooring, plumbing fixtures and countertops. • Installation: Eric Lachance and Alain Lachance did an exceptional job with the installation. They are true craftsmen and the workmanship is amazing. They were also very pleasant and service-oriented. The installation contractors from Westboro Flooring and Quiktop Counters were also excellent in terms of work quality and service. • Turnkey project: When I first began planning the renovations, it was very important to find a company that would do the project on a turnkey basis, since I don’t have project management experience with renovations. The comprehensive service provided by Westend on the overall project, and by Eric in the on-the-ground project delivery, were excellent. Finally, I would also like to flag the important role played by Alan Carrière in ensuring the project’s success, and the contribution of M.J. in completing some final elements.

David from KRHeartwood designed two kitchens for us. He listened and suggested to create 2 beautiful kitchens. The quality and the price is unbeatable. I referred them to a friend and they were very happy as well. Therefore, I highly recommend them.

Amazingly helpful staff member. They didn't have what I needed in stock nor was it in stock at another of their stores, so he did an online search and found it for me at Target! Now THAT'S customer service!

We hired Copperstone to renovate both our Kitchen and Master Bathroom. They listened to our needs, presented design choices that really work for us on a daily basis, and the workmanship and attention to detail are very strong. The trades are professional, detail-oriented, very skilled and take pride in their work. We love the work they've done to make our home our own.

My wife and I decided to renovate our house with the kitchen being the centerpiece of the project. We visited a number of companies but we never walked out of any of the meetings thinking that it was productive. It felt like they were trying to sell their cabinets and other wares instead of the concept. It never felt like they were listening to what we wanted. Friedemann was the first person who didn’t initially talk product but rather ideas and concepts. The first couple meetings we had with him were for the purpose of just getting to know each other. He wanted to get to know us, our likes & dislikes. From these initial conversations, we sat down with him and he’d have the current layout of our house on a table. He would then lay some tracing paper on top of it and would start throwing ideas at us. He’d sketch suggestions on top of our current configuration while continually asking us questions. There were a number of crumpled papers tossed into the garbage. We (I can’t strongly emphasize this point!) finally came up with a new layout. We were completely involved in the concept phase. From that point forward, Friedemann and his team completed the architectural drawings based on our concepts and sketches, managed the project and all of its phases. Even now, they’re making sure that the last few things are completed properly and to the specifications that we had asked for. From concept to finished project, we now have our dream home that we always wanted.

This company has the best siding crew in downriver! Very clean, prompt, polite and take pride in their work. Will customise anything to your liking and won't leave until your satisfied. I've seen what other companies have done to my neighbors houses and their not happy at all. After having these companies come back two or three times to fix a problem, they finally called home base to have the crew out that worked on my house and got it right the first time. Todd (the owner) will address any concerns, big or small! And Leonard is the Sider you want to work on your siding and trim! You won't be disappointed!
