Kitchens/Bathrooms

(Yes - I’m posting identical reviews to multiple sites. I’m just very excited about my new kitchen). Working with West Island Kitchen (Cuisines West Island) was a great experience and the result speaks for itself. My wife and I were referred to Derrick and Gemma by friends who had worked with them on a much smaller project and had a great experience. My wife and I have no experience with renovations and have no eye for design, so we decided to give them a try. The process could not have been easier. Derrick took our priorities into account and even found excellent compromises when my wife and I disagreed about a few specific elements. The design he created was amazing - beyond functional and (as you can see) beautiful. Gemma has a great eye for aesthetics and walked us through a marathon session of selecting colours, paints, countertops, tiles, etc while our 1-year-old did his best to destroy their showroom. My personal hell would consist solely of mixing and matching nearly identical colours, but Gemma and Derrick made it (dare I say) tolerable. My wife and I love cooking, but it became such a chore when we moved into our new house with a non-functional kitchen. Our new kitchen has been up and running for about 1 month and cooking has become a pleasure again. We just hosted my in-laws for a week, which included cooking 6 straight dinners for 9 people, and it could not have been more enjoyable (strictly speaking about the cooking aspect, of course). Everything is in the right place, the flow between focal points feels natural, and the workspaces are comfortable. Oh yeah, it also looks nice. I cannot recommend West Island Kitchens enough.

Excellent choix pour tout ce qui concerne la salle de bain: lavabos, bains, meubles, robinetterie, etc. Représentant David est courtois et il connaît bien ses produits.

Thank you for a great and easy experience!

Qualité et finition impeccable!

Terrible after sales service. We refused a product at the door and now they are saying that it was not refused. They are not helping at all. Crooks. Stay away!!!!

We had met with many kitchen design companies but at Fellini Design with Sofia and Anaïs it was more than personalized, it was very pleasant , they listened, had many creative ideas and took their time until we were able to make a decision. There wasn’t any pressure to sign with them, it was truly an amazing professional customer service and beyond. Let alone, all the products come from Italy and are of the highest standards and quality. If you are looking for your dream kitchen within your budget, please go to Fellini in Laval as we did. Thank you so much Sofia and Anaïs for everything!

Great service for designers and a stunning range of plumbing fixtures to choose from.

I have dealt with this company and their Management team is extremely arrogant!
