Excellent folks to deal with from Sales through to Service. Always busy, yet always friendly and attentive! Many could take a page out of their book.

Has alot more stuff then you think it would, didnt see any staff members but the cashier on my way out but i found what i needed without any problems.

Being a complete newcomer to this sort of thing can be overwhelming but she listened to my ideas and managed to steer me in the right direction. This is our second project with S1D. We moved to Kelowna a few months back and needed countertops for our outdoor kitchen. Because we had such a great experience when we did out kitchen countertops and master, kids and guest bathrooms in Calgary, we didn't even look around. We just went to the Kelowna location to pick out our countertops, connected with Tami and she made it all happen, on time and on budget. We included a 10" extended eating area off the waterfall piece so our kids could eat out there and play in the pool, avoiding trekking in water throughout the house. The waterfall piece at the end of the counter makes it quite unique and a conversation piece! If we do further improvements to our home, our first call would be to S1D.

We've had Jeff and his team build two of our offices and we were really happy with the results and the price. Great team!
