Lumber/Millwork

Robert Bury Dartmouth is one of the most organized suppliers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!

One of your drivers was driving like an idiot on the 15 eastbound today. Cutting people off attempting to zipper merge. He could've caused an accident. If he doesn't understand what a zipper merge is maybe he shouldn't be driving such a big rig.

The people here might just as well be your family. I wish I could visit more. Grade A products at prices that will have you scratching your head.

Have the best cabinet makers.

My experience with Jackson is a real mixed bag. On the positive side, they have a nice showroom and the people I dealt with were friendly (Lori was the designer I worked with). On the negative side, despite providing part numbers for the specific vanity and medicine cabinet I wanted, there was a mistake made in the order that I discovered after the vanity was delivered a month later (one side of the vanity was supposed to be finished but wasn't). I contacted Lori and she said she would order a side finish piece that I just needed to glue to the vanity. A week later the piece arrived but it needed to be cut to size, something she didn't tell me. When I brought this to her attention, she apologized, but didn't even offer to reimburse me for the cost of having to cut the piece to size. Given the amount of money I paid for the cabinet, I feel this is entirely unacceptable. Very seldom do I write negative reviews on products or companies I deal with, but wanted to make sure anyone considering working with Jackson is aware of my experiences. Caveat emptor.

Excellent custom work

Great Service and Quality

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WALKED IN AND THE FELLOW WAS SITTING AT THE DESK INPUTTING SOMETHING INTO THE COMPUTER. HE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME OR SPOKE TO ME. I WALKED AROUND IN FRONT OF HIM FOR APPROX FIVE TO SEVEN MINUTES AND AFTER LEAVING FOR THE DOOR HE FINALLY ASKED IF HE COULD HELP ME. NEEDLESS TO SAY I NEVER WENT BACK. HE OBVUIOUSLY NEEDS SOME TRAINING IN CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE.

Wow everyone we shared our GFW Maternity Ward experience with said its not like that in other parts of Canada. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Kabisioso O.R. staff and all the Super Nurses (Kendra, Jackie and Kelly)
