I'm a Martial Arts instructor and have been shopping there for over five years. The service is great and they do what ever it takes to satisfy your schools need. It's conveniently located here in Cleveland Ohio so, no need to wait on the mail man.

I have been training with Senseis Rob and Laura for the past 6 months, both are very enthusiastic and welcoming, in addition to to the rest of the students. Evening classes have been available Monday-Thursday @ 6 PM, which include fitness, working on basics, kata, kumite and more!

Threat Management Center offers the most effective self-defense training I have found. If you don't want to spend years in a studio learning how to punch and kick, and want to quickly learn how to handle real-life situations that happen on the street, this is the place for you. They were teaching me tactics to deal with gun and knife threats on Day 1 along with how to assess potential threats and respond accordingly. After just a few months, I became a much more confident person because so many of my questions and fears were addressed. These people are incredibly passionate about sharing their knowledge and furthering their mission. I wish I'd found them years ago! I can’t think of a single type of person who wouldn’t benefit from this training.

Kuk Sool Won of Madison Heights is one of four certified schools in Michigan that teach Kuk Sool, which is a system comprised of all of the traditional Korean martial arts, founded by Grandmaster Suh In Hyuk (look him up). I've been a student here for six years now, under the instruction of Gehrik Mohr, PSBN (third degree black belt). Our sister school is located about an hour away in the Flint, MI area and run by Kenneth Wright, KJN (5th degree black belt & master), who trains regularly with my instructor. Each of them have decades of experience and instruction in martial arts and have trained numbers of competition award winning students to improve overall health, longevity, defend themselves and attain confidence to lead in today's demanding world. I've had the opportunity to try out other martial arts and decided that Kuk Sool Won was the best fit for me. The school here is family friendly, and offers classes to people of all ages in a nurturing environment. I have known Master Vanyo for many years. Not only is he a great friend but a great Martial Artist!! We had trained and competed together for many years. He is a man of respect and honor and in today's society that is very hard to come by. If you are looking for a school to train and learn you will not be disappointed. There is very few of these schools around today.

This place is top notch. Great with the kids. Truly the type of people that should be helping mould or kids into good well rounded citizens. Highly recommend aa kenpo karate to everyone!

What a wonderful hidden gem of Stittsville. A beautiful facility with All Star staff and service!!! Although I only use the gym and occasionally attend kickboxing classes, I see the way parents and their children come and go with full smiles and confidence. Sensei Imran and his staff make sure that everyone feels part of the family. Just come check it out, and you will the electric CSMA atmosphere as well!
