Best part of the day. Tim and Ryan are great guys who provide a fun and committed place for kids and adults.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would in a heartbeat. I have heard of the way they have recently treated a member who has been training at the facility for over a year, and I am appalled. Politics and the image of the club are clearly what matters most to the owners and trainers, not actual training for their members. Asking someone who wants to be a fighter to "take a break" from training when the reason has nothing to actually do with the training is a political move, and a heartless one. I will never train here.

Thank you, Shihan, for the many blessings and positive effects that practicing with you and the other mentors in your studio has brought to Liam and our family. Finding your karate studio and your classes came at the perfect time for us. We had just moved, and were looking for a positive activity in our new community to take part in. There is an extremely empowering and upbeat energy within the studio and classes have exceeded any hopes we had for excellence. Liam has been able to build his confidence and his self discipline with his practice, and feels very uplifted and encouraged after each class. He is challenged in a manner that is appropriate for him specifically and attention is paid to his abilities and needs as an individual. I appreciate how specific his training is to him and where he is at presently, rather than a one size fits all approach. There is a wonderful balance of group work and one on one instruction that he receives. Values such as respect, politeness, and helpfulness are reinforced throughout his classes and it is beautiful to see how he carries the lessons he receives in class into his daily life at home and at school. I also truly enjoy and appreciate how respectful, kind, and helpful the older students in class are and how willing they are to step in and teach Liam. It is wonderful for Liam to have such a talented mentor in Shihan, as well as so many helping hands from the other black and brown belt students in class. Thank you so very much for all of the amazing benefits and rich, positive, experiences your classes have provided for Liam. We look forward to many more opportunities to learn in your studio. Great teachers

I attended my first session of “Crisis Mitigation Training” (CMT) at Krav Maga with Pawel and his team. I can honestly say the 4-hour session far surpassed ALL of my expectations and was worth every penny! The class started off with core principles then we quickly got to work! As a first-timer at Krav Maga I felt the pace was excellent! It pushed me to my limit as well as the other regular attenders. The practicality and application of Krav Maga is spot on! Whether I’m serving at church, working in the schools, or in every-day life; Krav Maga gave me the skills and confidence to push forward, better my chance of survival, and to save lives. Best Martial Arts school I've ever been to pretty cheap on contracts and awesome instructors teachers masters and sensei's I'm still taking classes here right now I'm a brown belt and pretty proud of it you will NEVER get bored here it's fun and healthy

This is a great studio, I have been here for 3 years and loved it, still here!

The head instructor Mr. Jake is amazing with my son! he has gone above and beyond in making sure my son understands the material and takes the character lessons to heart. my son used to be quite a handful but since starting at PRO Martial Arts he has been so helpful around the house! He even offered to carry the groceries for me the other day, AND put them away! he still has days where he is a handful don't get me wrong but its not every day anymore. I am so thankful I found this place! I would recommend this place to anyone who will listen!

I really enjoy training at Silver 7 Martial Arts, especially Brazilian jiu jitsu. It makes me feel like a kid again and my goal for the new year is to be a better fighter. The instructors are very friendly and kind and they show a lot of patience answering my questions. They check on me and motivate me if I am sick and miss a class. Also, they don't play any games with pricing. Everything is straight forward and honest.
