I am overly pleased and cannot thank the staff at OMAC Burlington enough. The changes they have made to their programs over the past year have been great. I enrolled my daughter just over a year ago and since then OMAC has grown and the instruction staff has become much more professional and level of teaching is always getting better. My daughter has come to love Taekwondo, her instructors and Masters they all have great knowledge and have taught her self confidence, discipline and given her emotional support. She is now competing in Sparring and Poomsae with Team OMAC and in the 2 tournaments she has competed in she has taken Gold in both times sparring and a gold/silver in Poomsae (patterns). Thank you to all the Instructors and Masters for the level of teaching and the attention to detail you give to all your students. I would recommend the Burlington location to any parent looking for a professional Taekwondo training centre or looking to get into competitive taekwondo.

Oakville Taekwondo is a family run class that manages to strike the perfect balance of a strict, disciplined environment while still being fun, supportive, encouraging and nurturing when required; My kids enjoy the class a lot. This is the 2nd Taekwondo school that my family tried and after the first class we knew that we hit the jackpot. Master Lo is a great instructor and is very passionate about his craft. He and Mrs. Lo are committed to bringing the best out of each student by focusing not just on martial arts skills but also on building strong individuals with a sense of reposnibility and community commitment This class is highly recommended for all skill levels and ages.

I've been going to this gym now for a couple of years. I'm always amazed at how clean this facility is. It's very well staffed and they are knowledgable and helpful . Very inspiring place to get fit.

Our teacher is amazing with my son he is very patient. My son just started and has been having fun learning TKD techniques so far. I would definitely recommend this place to any parent, very affordable prices too.

Ferraro karate is by far the best martial arts dojo in Canada because of how nice the teachers are and how nice all the students are in my opinion I would go here then any other dojo in Guelph. By Noor.

Good price, Good coaches

I'm usually bored by gyms. Or if not bored, then unsure how to build upon my previous workouts. TNT took those concerns away. Great workouts, small classes and a coach who customizes it to get the most from you. Best of all, it's really fun. I've been going twice a week for 3 years and at 41 I'm in better shape than when I was 21 or 31.

As a frequent visitor to Guelph, I have gone to Gridiron Crossfit as a drop-in client quite a few times. Each and every time, Chris and everyone at the gym have been so welcoming and friendly. Chris has always made an effort to accommodate my schedule, even with my last-minute requests to attend classes, and his coaching cues and motivational comments are always so helpful in the middle of a workout to help you push through to do your absolute best. I would highly recommend Gridiron Crossfit to anyone looking for a great place to workout and meet good people.

Great gym, at a great price, but moved away from Guelph so had to cancel. Had some billing issues but received excellent customer service and response time, along with a full refund.

Like Brandon says, CrossFit Guelph is exacly what a Crossfit should be. Great coaching, community, lots of hard work, and most importantly safety is Priority #1....

My 4 and a half-year old started a couple of months ago and it is going very well! The focus on discipline and respect are helping out on the home front, and he gets his energy out. The teachers are of really high quality and im impressed by the professional nature and how this organisation is run. Recommended to me by a friend and I also recommend it highly.

Great facility. Wonderful people (staff and trainers). I work out every day and I feel fantastic. Had no interaction with the management, so I cannot speak for that. I wish the heated pool was open till 1 AM (closes at midnight).
