An excellent blend of practical movement with traditional forms, with a nice balance of applicable defense and exercise. With classes ranging from Little Dragons to Adult and a very knowledgeable staff, you easily get more than you pay for.

As a student I really do love this school. Grandmaster Crandall is a great instructor and a great person who has devoted his time and effort to martial arts. It is a very traditional school and I love it very much.

I was looking for a school for my son. We tried a few of the local places and soon realized they were only about money. Classes were short and my son learned nothing plus they all wanted a a year contract. Then I found sora martial art. This is the real deal karate school. The kids work out for an hour and learn alot. They have fun but also learn. The Teachers there love the art and tradition. My son loves it so much I started going to the adult class.

This is excellent school for TaeKowando. Master Choi is great, very humble and is role model teacher. He keeps students upto speed and encourages them in a very sportsmanship manner. There is no pressure of getting belts as it is generally at another Tae Kowando Schools. I have experience with other schools so I can say that this is true martial arts school for kids as well as adults who want to participate in competitive Tae Kowando Forms. Highly recommended. My 6 years old loves it and the sports helps him focus and stay disciplined.

When I first went to Q&M it was suggested to me by an old student who is well known in the martial arts community. I was reluctant because taekwondo was not my first choice but I decided to give it a shot. Upon my first visit I found everyone to be very welcoming and kind. I had been looking for martial arts schools and had no luck before. I didn't feel comfortable in the other places, at Q & M it was such a peaceful and comforting environment. I honestly stayed because of the the people there. I wanted to surround myself with positive good people and Q&M has a lot of good hearts there. I felt like it was a place I could learn without fear or restriction yet also learn those good values and disciplines that should come from a good material art school. They are very big on respect and consideration. Building up not just the body and ability to fight but a persons character as well. I found they are able to work around a a person's physical restrictions, they never push you beyond your body's ability and work around anyone's disability or handicaps. They never tell you you can't do something they try to work around it. I personally have had my own physical limitations because of a stomach issue and it has caused me to not be able to attend consistently, regardless even when not being able to attend students and masters have reached out to check up on me to make sure I was well. They are flexible working around anyone's finances or schedule. I've left those work outs full of energy. I would suggest to anyone to eat light before and something very nutritious ( high in proteins) after. The work outs are very intense but fun. Both masters are very wise and easy to talk to. Master Mahai is full of wisdom and very patient. And master Q is strict yet gentle. It's been a while since I've been there but once I go back I know that it will be that same safe encouraging place where I can grow as a person.

We started our 3 kids and ourselves almost 2 years ago, each for our own distinct reasons. I have watched my kids grow in confidence and self control, and know that it will continue. The Franks and their staff are wonderful instructors and people, reaching everyone in their own space. As both a parent and adult student myself, I have found a wonderful village. We have grown into this community, and I foresee us remaining part of it for years to come.
