Dropped in a few times during the week as I was out of town. The owner, Jonathan, was quick to respond to my request to drop-in and was quite helpful and flexible in assisting me in picking times during the week to come in. Coaching was superb and the WODs varied throughout the week keeping me engaged and challenged. The "clients" attending were super easy going and laid back making the visit feel more like being at my home box. Highly recommend any "out of towners" to give CF Actus a shout when coming to Ottawa.

Probably the best facility to take your children to train. The instructors are exceptional and the kids learn fast. They have a great teaching method and want your children to succeed. My son is new there and is already progressing far faster than I had expected. I highly recommend. As for the adult training, I can only say that if the instructors are this good with the kids, they must be amazing with the adults. 10 stars.

Great for fitness and self improvement.

This is a family activity for us and we love it. From tradition, manners, respect, self confidence and personal challenge - it covers both a mind and body building experience. It is a family environment within the school. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

The best karate school. High technical level, international competitions or just for fun, you'll find what you're looking for. my son is going to IMA spots for martial arts and learning a lot. I like it very much not too crowded and taking individual care with each student.

My 13 year old has trained with TMAS for the past 3 years in the youth class. TMAS is a professional martial arts studio with tremendous instructors (senseis). Their style of training and discipline is perfect. I have 3 years of martial arts training, and am very pleased with this studio. I would highly recommend this martial arts studio.
