We just had our sons 7th birthday party at Centerpoint Martial Arts with Andy and Hester of which was an amazing experience. The entire event was greatly organized with games, activities and the infamous martial arts breaking wooden boards was a crowd favorite. Andy and Hester treat everyone as you are part of the family. Kids had a ton of fun! I would highly recommend both Centerpoint’s birthday parties and their martial art programs that both my kids participate in.

I found KSK because I wanted to learn self defense. I wanted to have confidence in my ability to defend myself. From the moment I walked into KSK I felt welcomed and safe! I have been at KSK for about a year now and I have never felt unsafe while training. It was never my plan to be here this long, I just wanted to learn a few self defense moves and then be on my way. But life has a way of turning your course and I found myself not only loving the training, but becoming a part of a new family. I have never been made fun of or put down if I am not at a set level or if I am struggling with a new skill. The instructors are patient and help you fit the new skill to your abilities. One of the things I love the most about KSK is that everyone there really and truly cares for one another. Guro Kent has been amazing and cares about you as a person and not just when you step onto the mats. Whether you want to train in martial arts, improve your health, or just want to learn to defend yourself, the KSK family is waiting for you!

This place is outstanding! The devotion Master Grimaldi has towards her students is superb. Not to mention how well her other instructiors' devote their time, and knowledge to helping the students. My son learned so much in such a short time; he loves going, and it keeps him motivated in other parts of his life.

Such a great experience. There's not many schools out there where the Master Instructor teaches most of the classes. Great workout while learning martial arts from the best. I encourage anyone thinking about martial arts training to come to Total Martial Arts.

My son and I both take classes at Holden Martial Arts. I take one family basic class with him during the week and attend an adult class on the weekends. The facility is great (airy and clean), and every member of the staff is welcoming, enthusiastic, and kind. My son is on the asperger's end of the spectrum, and karate is an ideal activity for him. The instruction is clear and orderly but fun, and each class ends with a discussion about behavior -- for example, respect, responsibility, or health. The adult class on Saturdays is my weekly escape. I get a great workout and a chance to focus on something other than work or being a mom. I _highly_ recommend Holden Martial Arts to both adults and kids.

The staff at Excel Martial Arts are very Professional. They encourage a family oriented and attentive environment. They lift children spirits as while preparing them for every days challenges. I have been doing martial arts for the past 26 years and have gone to 7 different martial arts schools. PAMA has been far and away the most impressive on all levels. I started going to PAMA in 2001 and have trained in every art that they offer. I have been almost surprised that one school can offer so many styles and teach them all at such a high level. They teach every art with such mastery that even with all the time I have spent training there I feel that I have barely scratched the surface in what they have to offer. If you have ever thought about doing martial arts I would absolutely recommend checking out this school, you will not find a better or more well rounded school anywhere.
