My son recently started taking lessons from ECMA, and he is loving this class. Master Erik and the rest of his team have done a great job of working with my son to build his confidence and skill set at ECMA. I highly recommend this place for those with kids and/or a personal interest in receiving martial arts training. Fast forward to the present (2016), my son has been taking lessons at ECMA now for more than two (2) years and will soon be testing for his camo belt; ECMA has worked with him every step of the way. If you are looking for family friendly atmosphere and highly trained instructors who care about your child's progression in this sport, then look no further.

My daughter went there for awhile. Staff was very interested in helping students learn and progress. Family oriented atmosphere. From what I had seen from other classes they offered everything from beginner to advanced classes.

My son thoroughly loved the Kindergarten After school program, and summer camps. By far one of the best programs in NOVA. One of the finest decisions I have made. WMAF did an AMAZING job keeping my son engaged (which is difficult at times) and safe ALL YEAR LONG with many different organized recreational activities, field trips, school activities with a dedicated kindergarten teacher each week, and of course martial arts and fitness at a very reasonable price. More than a few times each week my son was upset that I picked him up too early. He always had a smile on his face and was so excited to tell me about his day as we pulled away. To the wonderful staff at WMAF - What a fantastic, organized, clean and safe environment for all. Kudos on a job well done!!

We just got home from our son's birthday party and are so impressed with the entire experience at Master Chang's!! We had nearly 30 kids and they all had a blast! The party started with an impressive show from the demo team - which was just the perfect length to keep the kids entertained. They next had intros and gave the birthday boy some special attention before having an interactive instructional time. We took a break for cake and treats, where our son got to cut his cake with a real sword! At the end, every single kid got to break a board. The parents were all equally impressed. They had tons of staff and students there to make the experience run smoothly. Thank you so much for such a memorable afternoon!

Usk is just amazing! I originally started with my entire family of 6 when I was 16 years old (being 23 now) with ages that ranged from 5-40. They were happy to meet all of our different needs and learning styles. I can't imagine being anywhere else and receiving that "family feel" of a school!

It’s a great school for our child to learn how to protect, discipline himself and to be respectful, helpful to the others. My kid loves it. Sensei Seth teaches important life lessons along with karate.
