We absolutely love it at Bruce Mccory's! The instructors are really amazing with the kids. We have been going here for 7 years and both of my children love it here. They genuinely care about the children. I highly recommend it here. There is a reason they have been in business for over 40 years!

The main instructor is driven and motivating. He cares about the students and his desire to see them improve comes across easily. The school has a good atmosphere and large practice rooms. My training has built me for success in my career. I gained confidence in myself which has lead me to take on larger opportunities where in the past I had stayed in the background. I know I can handle the challenges as if I can make it through the classes, I can make it through the work day.

I just had my kid taking the little dragon class. She's having fun and really working on her focus and discipline. Also we were at a kid's birthday party at AMAC and the kids had so much fun and learned a lot.

Emerald Necklace Martial Arts in Allston is THE place to check out, especially if you always wanted to try karate as a kid, but never did. The adult classes are fun, taught by a very friendly instructor in a supportive environment. Men and women train together, learning physical skills plus the history and traditions of karate. This is traditional martial arts -- NOT ultimate fighting. It is a great way to meet new people, make some friends, and get in shape. The dojo (training hall) is a little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip! Lots of parking, too. Check them out!

I credit my training at LCMA with strengthening me both physically and emotionally. Not only am I more fit, but dramatically more self-assured because of it. I've witnessed similar changes in some of the students I teach as a junior instructor, which in itself is an incredibly rewarding experience. The community of instructors at LCMA are dedicated to their martial arts, yet so do they bring such warmth and constructive leadership to working with the students. My passion for our style of karate itself adds genuine meaning, zest, even, to my life. In terms of both the community you will meet and the skills you will develop, LCMA is a fantastic school.

I started out at SBG a couple of months ago after my little boy had been going for over a year. He loves it and i needed to lose some weight so i joined the foundation muay thai class. In the beginning i just wanted to lose weight and I'm proud to say that after a few months i met my first goal to lose 10lbs ! Surprisingly what started out as just a way to lose weight has now become a real interest and i look forward more and more to learning more skills and technique. I'm currently going twice a week and scheduling private classes as well. Thanks guys for the great classes, looking forward to more ! :)

What a wonderful hidden gem of Stittsville. A beautiful facility with All Star staff and service!!! Although I only use the gym and occasionally attend kickboxing classes, I see the way parents and their children come and go with full smiles and confidence. Sensei Imran and his staff make sure that everyone feels part of the family. Just come check it out, and you will the electric CSMA atmosphere as well!
