I have been attending Whitfield's Martial Arts off and on for about 5 years. My son has taken martial arts and my adult daughter and I have taken Kickboxing and Zumba classes. I must say it's not your ordinary dojo. It's a family. Sensei not only teaches the class he is also involved with your children's education and personal growth. The classes are fun as well as challenging. I've seen transformations that have left me in awe. Karate, kickboxing and Zumba are some of the classes you will have here. Don't take my word for it, Joins us! You won't be sorry.

I really enjoy Sensei Julio's patient and relaxed style of teaching and the vibe from the students who train here. They really work to build a tight family and it makes you want to stick around (two years and counting for me). I mostly do Jiu Jitsu but the Judo and Kickboxing classes are a lot of fun too. You will definitely work hard every class, but it will be the most fun you've had sweating your brains out.
