Awful !!! Sign on the door saying to contact owner so they can come open the store if you want to shop ( they could be there in 15 min ) who does that ?!?! But ok .... called ... the lady said she would be here in 10 min ... waited ... called again the second time nobody answered ! After 45min of waiting in my car we left ! Horribly unprofessional , waste of my time !

Habitual Fitness & Lifestyle, my second home, is more than just your average gym. Expect to see friendly faces, benefit from focused training, and experience fun classes. The best part? A strong sense of community with dedicated people (i.e. trainers, staff and members) who support, motivate and inspire each other every day! I've worked out at many gyms in the past decade and would rate Habitual at the top of my list.. but don't take my word for it, check it out and see for yourself.

I have my daughter enrolled in the swimming classes and I'm very impressed with the instructors level of skill and teaching abilities. The class sizes are small and the instructors are very patient. They are very encouraging and motivate her to put her head in the water. The change rooms are clean. I've been in the mornings as well as in the afternoons and both times, the showers and changing areas were clean. Parking was easy enough, however, the mornings can be busy during popular classes.

An amazing institution of Tae-Kwon-do, it makes you feel like your at home and everyone there treats you like family. 10/10 recommendations for sending your kids there to learn

Cariati. I don’t use the word “life-altering” often with respect to Sports/Athletic Clubs but in this case how the entire team at Woodbridge Taekwon-Do was able to reshape the lives of my sons since they began their Martial Arts journey in September of 2014 was nothing short of evolutionary. My boys went from being inattentive, uninvested teenage boys riddled with psychological issues to physically fit/mentally strong young men with flexible bodies and the desire to become 2nd Degree Black Belts. Anyone who signs on as a client with Dr. Grandmaster KJN Cariati at Woodbridge Taekwon-Do will be getting the most skillful, dedicated, and transparent Martial Arts teacher-leaders in the GTA. Best rates, very clean and all memberships have full access to cardio and weight machines so no need to go to goodlife anymore!

Amazing school, have been visiting this place for 4 years, and it's always a warm feeling with respectful students, and teachers. It teaches you how to apply what you learn in the class to your life through thorough and simple understanding.

I am very happy that I had my 3 year old join the program... he definitely learned discipline at a very young age. His instoctor is very strict but nice at the same time. I was actually impressed to see that she taught him how to count and say all the greetings they must say in class. I'm glad that I made the decision to enroll him there, and will continue until my son gets his black belt

Amazing combat academy with the focus being on the Sikh mixed martial arts (hand to hand, close range and weapons) in real world and practical combat situations. You also regularly get gems on how to live your life, warrior style and Sikh history as well as philosophy. Absolutely love going - highly recommended for anyone with an interest in practical self defence and combat.

Excellent place learn and train Muay Thai regardless of fitness or skill level. Instructors are not only very experienced and knowledgeable in the sport, but genuinely care about student development. Classes are a small to medium size which allows for an individualized learning experience. Thanks to the expert coaching from Kru Paul and his talented trainers I was able to reach my weight loss goals and learn a valuable skill!
