Black Belt World Mississauga has a wonderful set of instructors! I know one of them personally and can truly say she cares about each and every student in the school. Every instructor looks to make improvements in every class. I would recommend this school to people of all ages looking to find a taekwondo school that will benefit their lives!

Both my 9 yrs. old twins love this class and I intend to enroll our third daughter in here as well when she is ready. Excellent facility and instructors, clean, smell free, and intense. Our girls love it. Highly recommended.

CMAC Yume Dapo is a wonderful school that teaches people that Martial Arts is not simply a sport, but a way of life. I have been training here for about 8 years now and I truly love everything about it. It is a safe and fun-loving environment that brings out the positivity in everyone but when it comes to training, it's serious business. This dojo has shaped me into the person I am today and has taught me to show compassion and understanding towards others, while also teaching me how to defend myself and deal with difficult situations, both physical and emotional. It is a very close-knit community and is welcoming to all. I highly recommend attending a free trial class so that you for yourself can experience what they have to offer!

I have searched a lot to find the right place for my 6 years old son, who loves martial art, and finally we found this place, which runs by Doug and his wife, a family business. It's been more than a month and I should say I love this place, Doug and his crew are so caring, and it's not just a bout money and business like many other places, this place is all about martial art and respect, my son loves it and he's always anxious to go back, I hope this place keep the quality

I can never recommend Master Reza's classes enough. When I first started, I felt like I had no motivation to do much but now I am more motivated each day to exercise and become better at the techniques that are being taught to me. I take the adult classes which is super convenient, since most of those classes take place in the evening. As someone who has never done Taekwondo, I must admit that my start being here has been the best decision. Each time I meet a master and instructor who have quite interesting stories about how they became interested in Taekwondo, and it is an honour being in the same room as so many wonderful and kind people. The people in each class are always helping each other to move up the scale and become better at the techniques taught. As someone who is a researcher, works in the hospital, and teaches in university I thought it would have been impossible to keep up with these classes but now I wonder why I didn't start long time ago. Thank you, Master Reza and his wonderful team, for making my experience amazing each day. I hope to continue for a long time. Farivash B, M.A. LMHC

Please ignore Ash Ketchum's comment, it was meant to be a joke! Ron Beer self defense center has a lot of wisdom in the concept of martial arts and has given lots of advice and training to help better your craft in martial arts including boxing and wrestling. If you live close by, definitely give it a try!

Great place to work out and train. The gym and dojo is full of nice people, very help full and enjoyable to train along side.
