Martial Arts

Great place, #1 in Windsor for sure

Awsome

My daughter has been taking lessons here for over three years. It's a very wholesome family atmosphere. Excellent for physical and mental development. Master Kevin is very kind and patient with the kids. Highly recommended.

Sifu John McNabney is one of the best teachers out there. He is patient, fun, and holds nothing back. My first day I was in the mix training with everyone. There is no class system here. If you have a good attitude and want to learn, sweat, and have fun, then this is the place to enhance your understanding of martial arts and the world in general.

I love the class😁😍

I began training at True Balnce Martial Arts about 8 months ago. I am a transfer black belt from another dojang and I found the environment extremely pleasant right from the start. The instruction is very friendly and every class that I attend I get an awesome workout. Since I have been training here I have made many friends. The core curriculum is Tae Kwon Do however, you will get a taste of other martial arts such as Hapkido, and Aikido, etc. This school is affiliated with the WTF (World TaekwonDo Federation), the Ji Do Kwan (located in South Korea), the Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquaters in Korea), and also the United States Taekwondo Grandmaster Society. They also offer Aikido classes. I would recomend this school for people of all ages and experience since they have many classes that cater to all age groups and experience levels. - Jeff

Excellent facility with caring people running it. Sensei Paulo is a no nonsense guy who has a very good way with kids. Highly recommended!

You found the right place, if you are looking for a serious place to learn to defend yourself, increase focus, get fit and train seriously. Dawn is not only a top karateka / martial artist, she is a great karate teacher, who understands the needs of each student and helps them be better everyday.

Great place for kids!

great for all ages and belt levels.

I was amazed with Master Lee's energy healing. I highly recommend Master Lee and have referred friends and family which were amazed and grateful.

I love this Dojo. The Sensei has 50 years experiece. The other students are really friendly. Classes are suitable for beginners to expert.

This is a Traditional Karate School that is true to the art of Karate. Most karate schools are only in it for the money. Not this club. Other martial art schools in the area are charging double. Sensei Aman Yousufy really knows his stuff and it shows in everything that he does. My son and I run a karate school in Streetsville and are now training with Sensei at AY Martial Arts. After Sensei Wayne Arsenault got sick we needed to find a Sensei with full Goju Ryu background, with Kobudo (weapons), Jiu Jitsu, Tai Chi, Kendo, Sparring and much, much more. We hit the jackpot with Sensei Aman Yousufy. And he's right here in Mississauga. There are no others that can compare in the area so if your looking for a martial arts karate school make sure to stop in. You won't be disappointed.
