In response to the rating by Marianna Zhabokritsky... I have reviewed our records and can find no record of any contact with this person. All interested parties are offered a free trial class yet there is no evidence that this person even made a visit to this club. A bogus review by a competitor? I hope not. Although we are not a fancy facility we maintain a high standard of martial arts training. This is conveyed via a hands on trial class. I am disturbed that people can post such negative comments with no evidence of them ever having visited the facility. We encourage positive thinking through positive physical training. I find it very hard to believe that anyone who gives our club a legitimate trial will walk away with such negative opinions. I urge you all to come on in and have a free trial class and see for yourself why we have served Durham for over 17 years!

My son started at Rising Sun about 8 months ago, one month in my daughter wanted to join as well. This has been a very positive experience for both of them and my husband and I have noticed that their ability to focus and their confidence has improved. All of the masters are patient and support the kids as they move through the levels and the patterns become more complex. The structured atmosphere helps with self discipline while there is always an element of fun and healthy competition.

Our son has had a wonderful time in Mr. Morningstar's classes. He has learned the value of working hard to achieve his promotions and he has made so many good friends in his classes as well. Mr. Morningstar is a tremendous role model and demonstrates great patience and skill, as well as a sense of humour. The kids love him.

Hands down one of the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academies around. Great place to train and workout. Definitely worth checking out.

Northern Karate Schools in Aurora is the best dojo you will ever attend to. The staff is very welcoming, positive, hard working and much more. I've been doing karate for almost 7 years now and I absolutely love it. It has taught me to become a better person, to be more confident and to be myself. This is an excellent dojo and I highly recommend it.

Teachers are friendly and kind. Good self defense classes for children to encourage discipline and good principles.

hi everyone do you now that master ryu comes to my summer camp?

From the moment I began to train at fearless I was treated like family. Owners Rick and Georgette take pride in treating everyone fairly and kindly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Rick and the other trainers are fantastic at keeping motivation high as well as intensity so you get the most bang for your buck as well in the form of learning and results athletically in all aspects. Great gym for beginners or experienced athletes. I would and I do highly recommend this gym for anyone seeking to either get in shape, learn self defence or the art of Mma, or anyone who is generally looking to test their limits and push themselves to a higher level.

This a great way to end a stressful day.

I enrolled both my sons at Senshuken academy and I must say I am truly impressed by the trainers at this facility. Both Saeed and Nadja are amazing with children and my sons love attending their Karate classes. I would definitely recommend Senshuken martial art academy
