Martial Arts

satan must have invented the plates rubberized on the inside immediately after the gas chamber and gold's gym bought'em. they're the absolute worse when you're putting the weights away after deadlifts. also i'm 6+ foot tall and i still have to tip toe for the urinal so i'm guessing 7 foot tall plumbers installed them.

This is great taekwondo club. The atmosphere is always positive and instructors are very dedicated. All the kids are very successful at the competitions and win a plenty of medals each time. Beside 3 classes a week, they are organising a parties for kids very often. My kids really enjoy going to classes at this club.

Excellent environment to hone your skills. Master Ryu is a great teacher :)

A life-changing school, ever since joining in 2000 Master Young as guided and coached me with incredible patience and skill. After 16 years at this dojang I can say that I wouldn't be the person I am today if not for OMAC. I've learned invaluable skills (dedication, respect, self-discipline as well as a couple cool kicks) and have been part of an incredible team. 10/10 would join again.

My kids love Tricity, Master Phan, all Masters, Instructors and staffs are super awesome people, very helpful, and fun. my daughter has been joining since grade 2, she is now grade 8, and got black belt, which made her more confidence, and always happy to go to classes. Good job Mr Phan👍👍👍

Master Milad & his team are just awesome! We love the warm environment and love the instructors instilling positive values to the children. Our son looks forward to every Taekwondo class. We highly recommend this school to parents who are looking for more than just martial arts!

Great masters!!! Very nice Taekwondo school. Check Team-K too.

Lim's TKD was first recommended to us by BC TKD Federation. Our son has since joined the program for 3+ years. The staff are very nice - Master Jin and his team of instructors are very good with kids! My son is looking forward to going to classes each and every week. If you are looking for activities for your kids, you must go and check out Lim's TKD.

Great School, and amazing group of students here!

We are so impressed with how our 3 year old daughter has developed since joining Black Belt World 4 months ago. She was so shy and timid before joining. Instructor Rykel is fantastic with the little ones. He uses positive reinforcement and keeps the young ones engaged and focused for the entire class (which is no easy task for this age group of 3-5 year olds in the Tiny Tigers program). Instructor Rykel has high expectations and clearly communicates them to the children who are eager to please him. He focuses on telling the children what to do rather than what not to do, so his communication style is very positive and his messages are well received. He is respectful and teaches his students how to be respectful in return. In addition the kids get one heck of a workout in the form of games and challenges. No two classes are the same, but each one leads to overall progression in certain skill sets. Our daughter's confidence has skyrocketed since joining Black Belt World and we are eager to continue her on this path to a successful life. Thank you Instructor Rykel! 🥋

I loved their energetic and friendly atmosphere. Also the lady master Lee made my trial class so much more comfortable and fun :)

Master Jeong has a gift of being able to lead, teach and inspire those who otherwise would not respond to other masters. He is a valued leader who we are fortunate enough to have in our community. Through patience, kindness, and unwavering dedication, Master Jeong allows those in his program to know they belong, creating the environment for his students to excel and be at their best.

excellent school for everybody to learn and enjoy this martial art
