Beaucoup de style sous un même toit. Par contre, une expérience client plus que décevante, un établissement en décrépitude et fort probablement insalubre (odeur de moisissure), des équipements désuets, sans oublier une comptabilité à première vue très douteuse.. bref c'est difficile pour moi de recommander cette endroit.

Très belle endroit c'est propre et bien entretenu. Les entraîneurs sont très motivés.

Amazing martial arts program and not to expensive

Good teachers but not a proper facility for teaching martial arts. they should invest on getting their own building to rent for a training facility and not the downstairs of a church.

Great facility, very clean, Was very disappointed when i returned to St.John's and rejoined only to find out the great trainers were gone. I would have given this a 5 star if it was still in the Gavin & Andrew era .

I moved to Vancouver in January 2010. As my new years resolution, I decided to try boxing, which I had never done before. I checked out/phoned some boxing gyms in Vancouver area, and got most interested in Contenders Training Studio. I took a beginner boxing class for free (not all boxing gyms offer free trial class) and decided to sign up right away because I LOVED it so much!! It's been 8 months since I started training and I have lost about 7 lbs. I feel BIG difference in my cardio endurance and strength. And now I have some nice muscle definitions!! If you are looking for good workout in Vancouver, you should try their class! Thank you Contenders!

Yes the price point is high, however so far this place has been worth every penny. The facilities are great, the classes are high quality, and the staff are passionate about what they do. Just like any gym, you will come across the clientele here that are nothing but annoying, and in there to grunt/look stylish/give you the stare down. Only difference is these guys also have a ton of money which elevates all those annoying qualities. Ignore all that, and you are in for a great facility. This spot is a destination, and not like other gyms. You can spend hours here if you want to. I hope we dont have to eat our words someday, but this place is pretty damn awesome. It is expensive, but cheaper than crossfit, and seriously those eucalyptus towels are FREAKING amazing.

Got everything my son needed for Karate. Staff is very helpful too!!

My name is Hermann, I am a green belt and have been training at Kfitness Vancouver for 2 years now. What strikes me about the school is the great energetic team of instructors, the structure of classes and their style which is 80% kickboxing and 20% mixed martial arts styles. At Kfitness, one gets a complete training and it has enabled me to improve my mental and physical ability. As a graduate student, I am lucky to be a member of Kfitness Vancouver as it is the perfect solution for stress relief. Kfitness Vancouver is a big family and classes are conducted in a fun and friendly environment. If I had to choose again, I will choose Kfitness Vancouver.

Sensei Hamid and Hana are great with kids - incorporating fun into their karate instruction (kihon, kata and kumite) and keeping them challenged and engaged. They also encourage competition and support students to compete in local, provincial and national competitions. For adults, all-levels classes combine physical conditioning and karate fundamentals to challenge your belt level training. Excellent Dojo!!

I always wanted to try martial arts and at 45 years of age i finally got my chance! My family of 4 attended the free introductory saturday family class and found the Dojo welcoming and fun! The friendly instructors were patient and informative and the classes were exhausting , challenging and practical for self-defense. I was truly impressed with Sensei Amber Murphy as she was strong, confident, fair and taught important moral lessons and is physically gifted! She is a very special person who bestows confidence , honor , respect ,strenght and caring into all those she touches. I can highly recomend Don Jitsu to all those who seek to learn self defence techniques in a mixed style martial art with practical applications. I am hooked now and have been attending this fine school for 2 and 1/2 years and proudly wear a blue belt bar1 ! The professor Don Jacob travels to Canada from his home in Trinidad to perform belt grading every 6 months and is a uniquely amazing speaker , martial arts instructor and founder of our style! I love being part of the Purple Dragon Family - it is simply life changing!!
