Great instruction at an affordable price! Real legitimate karate, nothing watered down here. Sensei Norman Yonkers is a highly decorated instructor with ranking in multiple systems. The school teaches self-defense, traditional karate, Hayastan Grappling, conditioning, kickboxing, mixed martial arts, judo, jujitsu and Sambo. They are the western New York affiliate for Gokor Civichyan's Hayastan Grappling System and have produced high level competitors in karate, mixed martial arts and grappling competitions. This school is great for competitors, those just looking for a great workout and everyone in between!

bad customer service. they promised me to do something, but never.
A staff, Matt told me I can freeze at any time if I need. I asked B4 joined.
I asked again B4 I ask freezing. he said "Yes" They withdrawal$50 2 months. I complained. He apologized me and that they will refund it.
I visited there 3 times to complain 2 times call. nothing change.
Terrible. After 3 months now, Matt quit the job there. No one responsible.
