Excellent martial arts school

I can only speak for the kickboxing class, but Richard and Chris are top notch instructors with impressive resumes. They're incredibly passionate and patient, and seem to have a sixth sense for knowing exactly what you need to improve on. Location is somewhat inconvenient so it was a two hour bus ride to the gym, but it was always worth it. Classes are small so the instructors can really give you their attention. Easily one of the best gyms I've been to.

The Aikido Network is a very friendly and accommodating martial arts studio. The owner Sensei Derek Bindner is a very genuine man with a lot of integrity.

My son has been apart of Sherbourne Academy for a year. I have noticed a significant change in my sons behavior. He loves going to karate and participating in his class. Mr. Sherbourne has been a huge positive influence on my sons life.

The instructors and students are some of the best people I've ever been around. They are wonderful with the students both young and experienced and I couldn't see sending my kids anywhere else.

My son has been with Sensei Rob for several years now. Sensei offers a great program that challenges the students appropriately, offers fun games & activities, and reflective talks at the end of each class. My son has developed his karate skills - and his character! We highly recommend Eastside Martial Arts :-)

Everything about this place is great. The instructors, the classes, and the environment. When my son started, he struggled with his self-esteem and definitely struggled with balance and focus. In the last 6 months he has developed into a confident and empowered little boy. The instructors are so patient and attentive to the needs of every individual person in the class and it is very evident that they are all very very qualified to be teaching these classes. I love that parents can watch the karate floor from the upstairs window (or relax on a comfortable couch and watch the news) while younger children can play in the play area and wait. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Tristar Taekwondo is a great place i love to go there it is defenitly a 5 star place angela is awesome and super orgenized i love to go there evryday they are very inspiering and teach you recpect and so many other things that are important i thank my parents everyday and so thankful that i can go there YOU SHOULD JOIN IT, it is great you learn lots of things thank you every one - Shon Lizgold

Both my children are enrolled at UMAC and I take part in the fitness programs. The instructors are fantastic and it is very much a family atmosphere. I highly recommend them.
