It was my 1st class at this location and I just happened to be the only girl. Upon arrival there was a MAX Fitness class going on in the other room and the instructor greeted me immediately. He was very personable and showed me to the other room where Chad introduced me to the instructor James... James was GREAT! He really took the time to show me the techniques in a very simple but effective way and was not only knowledgeable but funny which took away any insecurities of not being good enough. I plan to go back and try a couple other classes with Chad. They were both very friendly to my daughter and even showed her a couple things. We had a warm and welcoming experience and I'm looking forward to going back.

We started out with my 6-yo signing up for karate because she was interested (2014). Now the whole family is practically here all the time with the hubby in adult karate and FCC, and with me in BJJ and Cardio Kickboxing. This is a very welcoming dojo - everyone is friendly, warm, and supportive. It IS family. Everyone will support you in your goals - be it being fit, learning a new skill, or staying strong. You got to be there to understand what I'm talking about. Their karate program for kids is one of the best in the Bay Area. This dojo is top notch. Dumlao = excellence.

Phenomenal instructors and martial artists, with a wealth of knowledge. I make the trip down from the cities a couple of times a year to work out here. Great people!

These instructors truly care about their students! My boys have grown so much since they began their martial arts journey. I highly recommend Dojos for a fun and physical extra curricular activity!

I just attended a FREE Women's Self-Defense session at KOMA, lead by Anna Crandall. Ms. Crandall is very knowledgeable in both the actions of the perpetrators and various options for defending one's self. I especially appreciated the practice time that is included in the session. Although I have never considered myself a target, I realized that I could do more to ensure my own safety, as well as my kids. I am planning to have my daughter attend the next session, and would encourage all parents to send their daughters to a self-defense lesson - it's the least we can do to help keep them safe!

My 12 year old daughter has been at KOMA for 1 year. The difference it has made in her self confidence is remarkable. She has always excelled at school but has not enjoyed team sports. At KOMA it is an all inclusive environment NOT exclusive. Master Ko and his team is about every student performing to the best of their ability. They accomodate students with special needs and promote individual success. We plan for Kayla to earn her black belt at KOMA. Also there are NO contracts, they want you to stay because you want to not because of a contract.

We toured several Taekwondo schools before deciding to join iXL. The instructors are just amazing! They really care about the students and they really know their stuff. Our child has absolutely blossomed from their training, not just in physical ability, but in character and confidence as well. This really is a great program!

Moh's Martial Arts provides a supportive, welcoming and professional martial arts experience for adults and kids alike. I have had a blast training here with my daughter and son--these are family experiences we will always treasure. And never have I been stronger-- a lovely side effect of all that fun!

Being there for over 4 years... It is my great pleasure to go everyday and train, and now help run the dojo as an intern. Mr.Walker has been there to help me through some the hardest times in my life. And he continues to make the school bigger and better

The instructors, especially Master Silva are very good with instructing kids. Ever since my son has been going there for training, we have noticed a change in his confidence and discipline. Definitely glad we signed up!

Awesome instructors, energetic atmosphere, and the people here really care about the students and their families. I was a little terrified at first, but Sensei Bennati is so encouraging that I got over my nerves pretty quick. Not only have I improved my fighting/defense skills but my confidence, focus, and self-control has grown as well. I am so grateful to be apart of the Bennati's Martial Arts family.

My son has been going to Kovar's for about a year now. I really can not recommend it enough. I may sign up for the adult class as well.

Love the philosophy. Too many places are all about fighting, rather than perfecting the individual. You have the kind of holistic approach that gets people ready for life.

Awesome place to learn martial arts. The dojang is clean and well kept. The instructors make learning fun for the kids and teaches them confidence, concentration and respect. Mr. Sorce has a great place. My 8 and 6 year old girls love all of the instructors. They wish they could train everyday.
