I have been training at the studio since 2006, and will be a lifelong member of this amazing studio. Originally I took part in the kids classes which are a blast for the kids while still advancing their self defense skills. Afterwards, I joined all of the other classes as well, and there are lots of options of available classes which will surely fit your lifestyle and goals. They also have private lessons that are designed to be best for each individual. You will find that you improve your physical form, power of your mind and spirituality as well. I guarantee if you give it time and effort you will discover more than you ever imagined possible through the guidance and education Grand Master Piercey, Mr. Piercey (his son) and the other instructors provide. Kung Fu For Life sustains a wonderful environment for learning the art and learning more about yourself as well. Professor Fernando has been very helpful and generous with his time on helping me develop my Jiu Jitsu skills. He was extremely helpful on helping myself and my team mates prepare for our competition. Great place to train for both fitness and martial arts. Easy and convenient location close to transit. Everyone is super positive and supportive the gym has a great atmosphere and I would recommend this gym to anyone from beginner to experienced.

In the short span of nine months I changed both my jobs, lost a bit of weight, become more social, and gained confidence. Call it what you will but this place changed my life! I now have a place to go, a place I feel like I belong, a family who welcomes me with open arms whenever I get onto the mats. Everytime I finish a class I feel like I have nothing to fear! Marina Martial Arts is a great environment to train. The instructors and staff are respectful and kind. The kickboxing class that they offer is a great class that will always leave you feeling good at the end of the night.

My son's loves taking classes here. It gives him lots of exercise, he interacts with other kids his age, learns discipline and respect. I'll do the adult kick boxing classes and they're a great workout - fun, but sometimes I'll want to puke.

I definitely appreciate the instruction given by my teacher very well-versed in a variety of martial arts very helpful and I enjoyed my overall experience of Krav Maga at Premier Martial Arts. I definitely grew as a martial artist. The martial arts teacher is a man of integrity and I appreciate his approach and his perspective on teaching the arts, he has helped me grow tremendously.

The atmosphere and family environment at Pallen's is AMAZING. I would recommend it to anyone of any age. You won't regret it!
