Fast service, and they are upfront about how long it will take

Got us out of a serious bind during last weeks rain. Got home from work at 10:30 pm to 3" water in basement. Called these guys and they were at my place pumping out the water by 11. Gabriel was great and dealt with my insurance company directly.

We dealt with Nick at Calgary Mold Removal and have had absolutely no joy. He took a huge deposit to get started on the job - paying for permits, testing etc, and that was the end of that. Suspect the tests were never completed and the job certainly wasn't. We've reported the company to Service Alberta, Consumer Investigations Unit who found them in the wrong - which just means that we need to take them to small claims court to get back what is left owing (Over $3,000) which I doubt we'll ever see. So disappointed. Do NOT use this company.

Amazing service and great staff. Overall it was a great experience - as much as having a flood sucks! I've had a flood before and this time they made the process seem easier and better than the other company that was hired the first time. I would strongly recommend them.

PUROClean Disaster Restoration did an incredible job in my emergency situation! Recently, I had a water pipe burst in my basement. I had 3 inches of water fill the entire area, causing damage to my wood panelling. Upon noticing it, I immediately called PUROClean and their team replied to my home in less than 20 minutes! Tyler (Project Manager) thoroughly explained the cleanup process to me and was very personal, making me feel at ease after an unfortunate event. He not only explained to me what the cause was regarding my burst, but also explained the type of water loss that occurred. His team quickly moved my belongings in the basement to a safe place, drained the majority of the water, and proceeded by drying the remainder of the basement with numerous industrial fans. Tyler also called a plumber, who fixed the initial cause of the problem the following day. As this was my first time dealing with a housing issue that falls under my insurance, Tyler also explained to me how the claim process works and what I could expect going forward. Through PUROClean's professionalism, speediness and dedication, a situation that was dire to begin with turned into an informative, less stressful learning experience. If I ever have any issues regarding my home again, they will be the first ones I call. I highly recommend them to any homeowner that has to deal with an unfortunate disaster and needs immediate help. fixed my roof over a year ago, shingles lasted threw the bad wind storms this year.

I came back from vacation to find my hot water tank burst during my leave and mould was all over my basement. I almost had a melt down when I called several companies and either couldn't get a response, or they couldn't come out until the following week. My colleague recommended Mold Squad so I gave them a call and to my surprise they were out the same day to take control of the situation. I was very concerned about the health risks and was scared to even be in my home. I can't imagine going through this very stressful experience without a good company like mold squad helping us out. Thank you!

Sub-contractors beware! This company does not pay their subs. When their payments go late, they offer broken promises of payment and request more work from you. After a while, when I refused to do more work for them (until they paid us what was owed), they did not reply back to us...they simply disappeared. I suppose they went off looking for the next company that would be willing to do free work for them. They have registered a fake Edmonton address for their company as well, as they are actually situated somewhere in Calgary.

A great company. Have dealt with them for several years and have found that they operate with integrity.

Great staff works here. Good prompt people.

We had signed up for a course well in advance of the start date, paid our money and had everything lined up. With just a few days notice, the course was postponed. They gave us new dates and an option for a refund. We opted to take the new dates. 24 hours before the course was to begin, it was cancelled. Days were taken off work for one guy both times and money was lost.I have not been able to find a job for months and had one lined up as soon as I got my ticket. This job was lost and I am on the search again. Will NEVER book a course here again.

Although I was unable to reach an agreement with 24/7 on the rebuild of my condo,due to internal policies , I want to thank the owner Ryan for his help in ensuring that all my questions and concerns were answered in a speedy manner. He was a pleasure to deal with. Also the emergency crew was professional and efficient considering they were working on a beautiful long weekend.
