Mold Removal

We had to file a claim in November due to a slow water leak from our water heater. Because of this leak, mold formed in our flooring and in the wall. Our claim adjuster was slow to respond with everything (even took a week off for vacation), but we were prepared because we read that claims with adjusters were a lengthy process, so we were patient. All the while, Rick from Servpro was prompt to reach out to us. From that point on, Rick was always in communication with us. Answered any questions I had via text, arrived to every appointment punctually, honored last minute service calls, was attentive with every subcontractor, took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process, showed me tips on how to accomplish certain projects, even drove through a blizzard to shovel my drive way without even being told to. This is extremely stellar service. Our claim process would not have gone as well as it did, if it werent from Rick Nakkula. I highly recommend you ask for him by name, you won't be disappointed!

Emergency restoration may be experts in basement cleaning after floods and mold removal but I have found that they are also experts in finding contractors to resolve other household issues like electrical, plastering, painting, door repairs, locksmith, and gutter repair. Contractors were prompt, courteous, and did good work. Mike Perrin has been the project manager for all of my requests and I could not have found anyone better. THANK YOU!

Servpro of Hazel Park was an awesome company to work with. They were extremely quick getting to us after we had a flooded basement. They explained the process in detail and got to work right away. Great company!

Carrie and the team are the best in the business. Always taking care of their customers needs and working as a team to get folks back to what they're used to. Thanks servpro of oakpark/ferndale!

Had a great experience with everyone at this business, Ben, Jerry and Caitlyn. Very calming when I was anxious. Assured me my house was in great condition even though a competitor tried to sell me unneeded work by suggesting I needed to even move out or get rid of all of my baby items and holiday decorations. I value their honesty especially since it came at no financial benefit to them because we didn't actually need work.

Edward was on time and professional. He inspected the mold carefully and gave an accurate estimate on how to fix the issue. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality service.

Troy from Clean Air Contracting and Remediation was a pleasure to work with. Did exactly what he said he will and his guys were very professional. Very satisfied with the work and the clean process. Was informed of everything that was completed.

Very thorough and professional job. Right on time and stayed until late to make sure he saw everything. Easy to work with and followed up after to make sure I was satisfied with the services and work completed. High level of integrity and focus on customer satisfaction

Mike and team were tremendous to work with, they were professional and went above and beyond to help us. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Great job. Very Professional, and paid attention to all my concerns. I will recommend Sweeney’s to all my neighbors. Thanks John, job well done.

I highly recommend Marko (owner) as he is professional and meticulous. Very pleased.

Chose PuroClean based on online reviews. They were at our home within hours of my call. The crew was courteous took the time to explain the restoration process to us. They cleaned up the water and dried out our basement. Very professional, would use them again.

Impressed w/ this company! The owner George is awesome he definitely knows his stuff! He came out himself and did the estimate the best part he didn’t TRY to sell to me anything! I had a few estimates from other companies that gave me quotes and all they wanted to do was sell me stuff I didn’t need. George gave us a great price, the pros came on time , were efficient and cleaned up after! I would recommend this company to everyone !
