I recently had grimebusters come in for a home cleaning and WOW what an amazing job they did. I have a long haired dog and anyone with a dog knows how time consuming cleaning all of that hair up really is. I paid grimebusters for a four hour session and they were be able to clean above and beyond what I thought four hours would get me. Thank you for doing such an amazing job! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

We had a big mold problem in our house and the guys from western came and got it taken care of faster than we could've hoped for! Would definitely recommend them to anyone in a situation like we were in.

This company is not professionally run, and needs to learn more about how to properly run a company! I would not recommend using a Magic Wand. Use On the Spot instead

TD contracted them to deal with a claim. 4 months later I get the letter of completion for me to sign... except not all of the work is done and what is done isn't even done properly.

Amazing company and great people

The water valve under an upstairs bathroom vanity broke with water saturating the flooring in the bathroom, hallway carpet and ceiling on first floor. The Restoration company was called and attended immediately. Jorge owner was very professional and timely in their execution of restoration. They were a pleasure to deal with as Jorge is very reassuring that the issue is taken care of and demonstrated same. This is a first class company and I highly recommend them to everyone. The negative comments on here appear to come from people who are having a bad day and use on-line sites to vent their frustrations- I usually take such posts with a grain of salt. Try this company for yourself and you will be satisfied with the service and result.

I had a flood in my basement after a severe thunderstorm this summer, Curtis from MSZ Restoration and Contracting did a good job drying the carpets and the walls which were affected by the flood; he measured the humidity and moisture levels after the drying process was completed. MSZ also do post service follow up with their customers if customers have any concerns that need to be addressed. In the emergency situations such as mine they reacted quickly by starting restoration almost immediately after my phone call.

Absolutely worst sevice I have ever received. Unorganized, sub par work done by the Bravo tream. Thankfully the contractors they had to paint and put floors in where increadible and were able to point out shotty work to ensure I got the best service. Apon complaining to Bruce at Bravo about drywallying job the drywaller came into MY home and complained about me to the painter. How unprofessional! The painter pointed out that he could not paint the wall with it looking good and it shoukd have been fixed. In addition, Bravo carelessly closed my back gate and the dogs got out! In addition to the lack of communication and quality of work, it took over 3 months to get a mudroom and bathroom complete. I beleive that one week of work would be sufficient for floors and paint. When expressing to Bruce about the poor service he literally said nothing but a simple “all I can say is sorry.” Well Bruce, I’m sorry your sorry isnt good enough. I recoment that if you have an insurance claim you ask to have another contacting company do the work.
