Mold Removal

(Using my daughter's gmail account to leave this review, as I do not have one.) Totally AWESOME experience in an otherwise crazy, highly stressful situation of a water heater dumping GALLONS of water into my finished basement. The fast response and sympathetic, friendly, professional, above-and-beyond help and guidance of Mark, Josh and Jeff was appreciated more than they likely realize. The ServPro Livonia team come HIGHLY recommended by one extremely satisfied customer. Thanks, sincerely! --Lisa J.

I was in the midst of being relocated by my employer, upon the buyers inspection mold was found throughout the Attic. ASD was able to remove the mold for a fraction of the price of its competitors as well provide a warranty to ensure the buyers trust.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mold Pro to anyone who needs mold remediation done. John and his crew knew their stuff and did excellent work. They were very careful not to get any mold in our house.

We woke up one morning this winter to find out that our sump pump kicked the bucket. We called Service Master and they had two people arrive within half an hour of the call.

Had an emergency that required immediate service.. Servpro was there in a few hours ready to fix my house and did an amazing job!! Bill is a professional and does the job the way it has to be done, perfect, no short cuts!! Definitely the best team to call.... Thank you!

Excellent service. Conseils judicieux en toutes circonstances. Fortement recommandé.

Amazing friendly workers. Affordable rates. Excellent job when done & time efficent

I could not recommend Servepro of Burlington/Middlebury more. This team is amazing! We met the crew due to water damage from frozen pipes over the winter in our 115 year old victorian. After months of renovations, the last step was to clean the basement. We didn’t realize how bad it was until we attempted to do it on our own. After three hours, we decided that the job was way bigger than we had originally expected. I called Servepro of Burlington/Middlebury after a quick Google search and they were here within the hour. They took over immediately, working with me to assess the damage and to discuss our options. They spent the rest of the day (and then stayed well into the evening on a Friday) cleanly, safely, and efficiently getting rid of moldy items, sanitizing, and re-organizing what remained. I was in shock when I saw the result. The place is now cleaner and more organized than it probably was 100 years ago. I can’t say enough about the guys - friendly, professional, great work ethic. They have since been back to clean the carpets in our master, and we’d love to have them back to do some power washing in the spring. Thanks again!

After the wind storm at the end of October we thought all we lost were some shingles, but the following Saturday I saw that there was also a leak. I called GW Savage around 11:00 AM on Saturday, the 4th and a crew was out within two hours to cover/seal the area that was leaking. The crew was polite and professional. I was able to call Monday morning with a credit card to pay. Besides being so responsive, GW Savage was sooooooo easy to work with. I recommend them and they do such a great job with homeowners in distressed situations! Thank you Gary Pinckney and Nathanial!

ServPro was amazing, I highly recommend them. They returned my call the very first day and showed up ready to work. My refrigerator leaked into my downstairs bathroom and took out the ceiling and the walls. Bill Johnston was great! Nice, knowledge and went right to work tearing everything down only to discover mold. He treated the mold, dried the walls out and then sheet rocked it! Couldn't be more pleased with the work, the price and especially Bill. Thank you again Alice Canton
