Michael was very friendly and professional. He offered lots of information and resources for us to address multiple issues in our home. Very conscious of keeping our home clean too! Kathy who scheduled us was very knowledgeable as well and super helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone!

High Tech Professional clean is so easy to work with. I had an issue with one of my rentals. I spoke with their owner, Rick and he came out the same day and looked over the house and took care of the problem right away.

I've had the unfortunate need to call ServPro on two occasions now. Fortunately, the team at ServPro was very responsive, went above and beyond to ensure that my tenants were well taken care of (with one occurrence at a rental property), and performed everything as expected or better. I sincerely appreciate all of the help and guidance from the team at ServPro and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services - but, lets hope that you don't need them!

Clearly one of the shadiest companies ever. They work with some property managements to empty the tenants' pockets. A few years ago, a friend of mine had a simple food burn, They partnered up with the property management (who is shady as well) to charge him hundreds of dollars for no reason. Do not ever trust this company. I suggest other restoration companies that are well known, atleast you would be dealing with a structured company and not these shady people.

Great company with a crew that cares about the customer

Great experience with Urban Environmental. We had a flood in our house which in and of itself is stressful. To then learn we had asbestos in our drywall added to that stress. The folks at Urban Environmental were great to work with and put my mind at ease. From the project coordinator - Trina - through to the crews that showed up at my house to perform the asbestos abatement, everyone was friendly, efficient, competent and displayed what I would call ‘professional empathy’. Kudos to the team at Urban Environmental.

Very prompt and professional. I would strongly urge anyone with concerns about mold or asbestos to contact Masters. Only company that responded the same day on the weekend. Dion is a very knowledgeable professional that takes his work very seriously.

Great service. After coming home to a flooded basement I called 911 restoration and within 30 minutes had a crew in my house removing water and drying the area up. Cost was fair and insurance covered everything. Customer service was great and they even came back to repair other items that were not in the scope of work. Thank you guys.

Very unprofessional and disorganized construction manager upon meeting for the first time I was greeted with "sorry I'm a little hung over" not hello my name is .... and his desk was a mess with clutter and cheese burger wrappers.

The worst company that I have dealt with in my life. Wrong work, not returning phone calls, an efficient and unprofessional. Why should I chase after them.....
