I arrive in Canada a few month ago, went into this HSBC branch at Yonge, great service on my account opening process. A lady served me with her good local knowledge. Just last month, I obtained a mortgage with them on my condo and the rate is very very good! I recommended my friends to get service from them. Great place to bank!

Worse service ever. Very slow this place DO NOT GO THIS LOCATION at alll.

these people should be indited for elderly fraud. an agent of theirs sheryl snook gave my mom a loan on her 45 year old home that was paid for. she asked for 175k on a home worth 400k. of course the lady got the loan after she split the mortgage in to 2 and bought the 2nd one of 15k ya 15k herself because she bullsit and said to a 78 year old woman thats how it must be done! it gets better then on the 2nd mortgage she forclosed within 3 months and charged the woman 1 THOUSAND 6 HUNDRED dollars per E-MAIL!!!!!!16K FOR A RUN OFF BY A 50 DOLLAR PRINTER. finally the woman didnt even get a day in court cause sheryl hid the mail on her! eventually the woman was evicted and sheryll OWNED THE HOME! im sooooo glad there is a heaven and hell because to me and many others this is as bad as MURDER! MURDER SHERYL.
