I needed to get some important documents faxed to the Premier Credit Card Dispute Department and this Branch Made My Day Complete! It would have taken much more time to go ahead and do this online through their website and coming to this Branch Really Was The Answer! When I got to the branch earlier on today, I met with Cristina Nedelcu, HIFC Branch Manager who knew that I was very angry, upset and frustrated at having to come all the way to her branch just to do this, however, she was Very Patient and Understanding and did Not Give Up On Me as her Customer and stayed with ME during the Whole Process and was able to Print Out My Two (2) Documents that I emailed to her, Fax Them To The Credit Card Disputes Department and even Gave Me A Confirmation Page All Stapled Together With My Original Documents and Cover Page! Now How Is That For Outstanding HSBC Bank Customer Service? I want to personally Thank Cristina Nedelcu, HIFC Branch Manager for taking the time out of her day to assist and take care of ME as her customer back on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Worst customer service and management, no one answer the phone or response the email/voicemail, useless online booking system and app, don’t know why they are still active.

May Chen really cares about the customers and she truly understands the customer needs. My recent mortgage with BMO which handled by May, was the best mortgage experience I ever had with a bank. Previously I had worked with RBC, 2 mortgages with TD and 3 another mortgages with BMO.

Waste my time. Told me that I can't pay college fees without the bank account number when all they need is the name of the college I'm paying and my student number as an account number.

Have more tellers available. I don't need to be spending half of my day at the bank. But when I am being helped, they are friendly and helpful.

I was looking to refinance a mortgage but wasn't sure what to do or where to go so I went to these guys. The staff were very friendly and reassuring. They work with smaller private lenders and larger banks so you can really look at all the options. Only reason this is 4 starts is because they left me on hold for a really long time.
