Retired Medical Laboratory Technologist Maurice is God-sent to us. We learned of him from our good friend and sister-in-Christ Linda S. Our daughter and her husband needed a mortgage for their first home. Hence their funds is not even close to ideal, their case was very difficult and complicated, BUT MAURICE MADE IT POSSIBLE for their dreams to be achievable. He worked all his “magic” to help them. He exhausted his resources in order to make their experience smoother despite many ups and downs. He cared. He even helped with the emotional and spiritual aspects which eased up the anxieties that came with the process. Way to go Maurice! Keep up the good work! Great service and excellent staff. I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. My husband and I went here initially for a loan for our wedding and to do some banking. Our service gentleman was very courteous and helped us with planning financially for our home and wedding. We were able to avoid some decisions we may have made with other banks which would not have yielded as good as a result. I only wish we would have opened our mortgage with RBC rather than Scotia. Next house we will be doing that.

Unqualified staff who don't know what to and how to do. Spending too much time with 0 result. Stay away from this branch.
