In all my dealings, staff has been competent and courteous. Ben Mills delivered excellent client service when I came in to open a safe deposit box a few days ago. I was in and out in a couple short minutes with all my questions answered. The physical appearance of the branch is also very stately. It is definitely a bank.

I sat in line for 30 minutes and there was only 2 people in front of me....... and they were being helped......... I WAITED 30 MINUTES JUST FOR ONE OF THE 2 PEOPLE TO FINISH TRANSACTIONS.........SMH NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE

Over the years I have found this branch friendly and helpful, and did all my banking there. Recently, I needed to pay my PNC credit card account immediately. I went to the branch with a check, and was told that it would take "several" days to process the transactions, so my payment would be considered late. No, they could not take funds from my account and transfer them electronically. This cost me $47 in late fees and interest. No advantage in being a long-time customer with a good balance. No advantage in having a credit card from PNC. The answer is no.
