I worked with Chris Hauber on two separate mortgages. He is a true professional who makes sure everything is taken care of so you are ready to close. On the second mortgage I did with Chris, my real estate agent mentioned at closing how easy he was to work with.

Absolutely amazing mortgage broker. This review is long overdue. My husband and I have purchased two houses both using Guaranteed Rate and have had great experiences both times. Wendi Mahoney and staff are all great and easy to work with.

My wife and I recently closed on a house in Parker with a mortgage from Stone Creek, and overall had a great experience. Seth was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating all aspects of the process to us. He was straightforward and professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied (quick to return calls on nights and weekends). The rate and fees were better than what we were quoted from a "Big Bank". Seth even showed up to the close just to be sure any questions we had would be answered. He was low pressure throughout the process and very open and honest about all aspects of the mortgage application and finalization. Julie Fletcher was great from start to closing. I am originally from the UK where the process of purchasing a house is different to the U.S. Julie was very patient with me, answering all my questions and was always happy to talk face to face and break things down for me. Okay let me just say that as a first time home owner, trying to figure out how to buy a home is exhausting! My wife and I spent more time worrying if we were gonna get hosed more than what kind of home we want to buy. Denver Mortgage Group made us feel comfortable from the beginning and they were soooo transparent on the process. Not to brag but after we closed we compared our loan to a friend of ours, and yeah.......needless to say we are very happy!

LeAnne Merciez is a powerhouse. She is intelligent, efficient, and incredibly kind. During my home buying process, LeAnne was charming and patient in explaining every step of the process. When you close on a house, it’s normal to expect about 40 days of processing… LeAnne pulled it off in 26 days! She was even able to save me money by shifting my move in date earlier! She went so far above and beyond the call of duty to help advise me. She always returned calls or emails within minutes. Thanks to LeAnne I was able to accomplish one of my biggest dreams.
