Melissa Rogers deserves a raise! I had a terrible experience at an Uptown branch finalizing my auto loan. After the uptown branch somehow FORGOT to have a notary present for my auto loan closing ( may I add I made an appointment in advance, and the seller and I were at the branch for over an hour before being told we couldn't finish) I had to delay the closing one more day, only to be told 2 hours before my second appointment that my loan had expired. The branch simply called me and said 'sorry there's nothing we can do.' I came to Melissa in a panic, because the seller of the car was moving to another country the following day. I had 2 hours to fix this, or I lost the car. She called everyone she could to try and fix the problem. She ended up talking to a supervisors, supervisor and got everything resolved. She did it all with a smile on her face. Melissa is the ONLY reason I will be staying with PNC after this terrible experience. Bravo Melissa!

Prime location and great customer service

The most unpleasant mortgage experience in 30 years (6 homes). Poor communication, follow-up, and guidance. A brutal two-month process. Don't even consider this lender! June update: they sold mortgage to Chase. Skip Wintrust and go directly to Chase.

Michael Bless is fantastic! I cannot imagine going thru the mortgage approval process with anyone else in the future. My husband and I were already preapproved with another big bank lender, but was urged by our realtor to get another approval with Michael at MSI. I am so thankful I went with her recommendation. Michael is very thorough and has excellent communication. If there was anything additional needed in paperwork, he got in touch with us quickly to push back our closing date. He also gave us a couple options for our mortgage and suggested his preference which would be better for us. He definitely looks out for his clients! As stressful the home buying process is, Michael makes his part as smooth and easy as possible!
