my debit card quit working. I visted the branch for a new one. told the gentlemen working that I would destroy my old one. he kept insisting that he would destroy it. I was treated very rudley. it was my card my right to destroy an old debit card.

Elliot Moore, the Asst VP branch manager is not capable of doing his job. I was very inconvenienced by the wording in pamphlets and he manipulated wording to make me sign a way I didn’t feel comfortable in doing. Don’t trust PNC. Will not ever be banking.

The atm is only available during lobby hours. weekdays till 6, sat till 1, no Sundays... so if you need money, you gonna have to pay a fee to get it from PLS atm or go to the chase atm at wallgreens

Horrible establishment! I will be filing a complaint with whomever I need to report what a horrible location this is. The teller staff does nothing but have you standing there waiting forever. It's normally 1-2 people behind the teller line.
PNC should revamp this location and get new staff. If more people complained maybe they will listen.
