Stay away at all cost!!!! We had Bank of America for past 16 years. We decided to leave because of rude manager. We asked them for a credit card payoff on December 12th both online and in office. We paid it off and closed account they said because there was interest of .03 cents over night it reopened the account and hit us with a new year monthly fee and never told us and 0ut it against our credit when we thought it was paid off. They refuse to do anything because we left them after 16 years of service. SCAM BANK.

The line in this bank was so long and when I finally went up jacky was so rude and racist!!!! I wont be going back to this branch ever again and I will be closing my accounts soon. No wonder TCF is going broke. their customer service is horrible.

Most unprofessional bank I have ever encountered. Staff is rarely punctual with their hours and leave the office randomly without even leaving a notice on the door for their customers.

Terrible service. TCF customer service each person said different way so I had charged too many times. Before they told me that " If every time you use debit card, you have no charge". But later they charged me when I used debit card $.30/ each time for many times a month and for many months. Because I believed them so I didn't check monthly statement every month.

I know that TCF has a bad reputation but the managers at that location know their stuff and will go above and beyond of customer expectations. I had a problem resolved that caused a whole slew of fees that were reversed all due to a simple mistake. They worked with me the whole way and i really appreciate it.
