have been trying to get a hold of the branch manager for over a month!! never replies to voice mails, terrible service

Wait times are extremely long even when there is just either no other customer to be served or one in front. The CSR seem to less care about customer service. Hate going to this branch for any business!

This mortgage team was hands down the best team to work with. They went out of their way to ensure that we received the best mortgage rate, etc. We were constantly updated on any pending items to ensure timely completion. They made us feel like we were family, not just a client. They were not only professional, extremely competent, but friendly with a great sense of humour. I would recommend Halton team mortgage to anyone and everyone. If you use someone else you definitely won't receive the same customer service and care.

Mr. Sadiq Boodoo was referred to me by a very close friend recently, because I was in the market for a mortgage renewal, due to the fact that my first 5 year term had come due.
