Movers

Good work, fast and efficient. Reasonable prices as well.

Moving with Kingsway was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They started out with great pricing and told us our items would be shipped between the 2nd-10th which was ideal for us. Once we got closer to the move date there was "an error" in quoting, and our price per pound was raised, the dates were also pushed to expected delivery between the 16th-20th. The day before the move they called to ask us how many items we had and to get an estimated inventory of our things, then sent us a revised quote, changing our estimate from $700 to just below $2000. We immediately called to sort this out and Tracy assured us that this was just an estimate so they knew how much truck space to reserve explaining that we would only be charged for the actual weight of our items. She went on to say that it would be no trouble at all to give them a call the day after our items were picked up to get our weight. She sent us a spread sheet to fill out on our own and send back to give a closer estimate of our item weight, which we filled out right away and estimated our items to be around 2500 pounds. When the movers arrived they were friendly, careful and very fast. Once they had all of our items on the truck they gave us the invoice to sign off on and yet again our price per pound had increased. We called and asked to speak to Tracy, she said she would check with a manager and call right back - which she never did. We had to sign off to let the drivers leave, but noted on the invoice that we had not agreed to this price and were waiting for confirmation from the manager. Fast forward to four days later with still no word from Tracy, we emailed asking if there were any updates and inquiring about our final item weight. Her response said that there was no error, the lower price was a mistake because they were not aware we were moving out East(this was completely alarming as we had given her our address upon booking over a month in advance). She went on to say that our total would be $1973.64 because our item "came between the minimum weight of 3525lbs". From here I sent a number of emails begging for explanations with very little response. There is no possible way our items weighed that much, and they refused to tell us the actual weight of our things. Our emails would be avoided all week until 4:55 their time on Friday, when they would call, leave no voicemail, and be unavailable for the weekend. We frequently asked to only be communicated to via email so we had things in writing, they would respond with an apology, answer none of our questions, then call a little while later. In the end we had no choice but to pay to get our things, they tagged on a $100 warehouse fee at the end that we hadn't been informed of as well. Again, the movers were great, but were not actually employees of Kingsway. We are still emailing back and forth and they are taking no ownership of the mistakes they made or lies they told, I could go on for days about the terrible customer service we received. To sum it up, Kingsway is a bunch of scam artists. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you absolutely have to deal with them make sure to get everything in writing, and just to be safe have an extra thousand dollars kicking around because I'm sure they'll find a way to take it from you.

efficient and very relianle

I don't no much about this place

This place is closed down

The best place for your winter storage. Fully heated and very tidy. The owner Frazer is a very professional and cordial guy. Highly recommended.

The most unreliable moving service you will encounter. 2 1/2 hours late for a job and they still have shown up...Andrew doesn't answer his phone, doesnt reply to emails, there is no company voicemail, and the address they provide as an office location doesn't exist. Stay away from this company.

The first time I used Movers. I was moving apartments about a mile away. They were reasonably priced and incredibly efficient. The guys were nice and all my stuff was moved into the places I wanted it. Nothing was damaged. Everyone was hardworking and pleasant, and all of our stuff arrived intact! They are great at what they, handle everything with care, incredibly professional and have a very friendly staff. The movers were rock stars! Regardless, the move was easy and I recommend these guys.

I liked there work, good job they help me and my family packing and moving with no demage. Appreciate guys thank you They are really best moving company in mississauga.

Horrible company. Called to use the service they said they booked us for Thursday and Friday but when we called today(Wednesday) they said we are not booked and would not accommodate us at all. Spoke to the manager on the phone and he was rude, and unprofessional. Would not own up to mistakes his company made, and Had a very disrespectful tone . They said when booking if they had any problems that they would call us but did not so assuming and putting trust that they said it would be booked we waited for Wednesday because they said they would call to let us know what time they’d be coming the following day and the manager would do nothing at all about it. Learn how to train your staff better, and get a new manager cos clearly he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money.
