Movers

My movers were great Gill and AK. They came a bit late but that is usual while moving. They were quick to get the job done and were very friendly. They moved my 1 bdrm apartment from Toronto to Oakville within 4 hours including the travel time. Definitely would recommend them.

They are simply the best,we use them 20 times a month!

Very reliable

Moved a baby grand with these folks and they were excellent. Everything went as planned and they were a pleasure to work with. Thanks guys!

Jason and Cory did an amazing job! They moved my daughter's things from Waterloo to the GTA during the worst snow/rain/ice storm. They were fast, efficient, polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

I had great experience with this company. I found them on the internet and left my info. They e-mailed me back quickly with detailed quote and also gave me a call. I wasn't sure I should hire 2 movers and 3 movers, the coordinator Elena assured me 2 movers are good enough for the work. On the moving day, I was impressed that the 2 movers were very professional. They are hardworking, friendly and dedicated, which made my moving day less stressful. I was very satisfied. Before I chose them, I called about over 10 moving companies, and this company charged very fair price. I hired moving companies many times, and this time is my best experience. I will refer IQ moving to my friends for sure and will hire them in the future again.

I have to separate my ratings in two. 1st part: The delivery of my 2 pianos (weeks apart) went as smoothly as can be expected. My communication with Jeff was efficient, timely and professional. The two gentlemen that performed the move were extremely professional and courteous in both instances. 2nd part: in my multiple discussions with Jeff I was very clear that I needed BOTH pianos tuned after delivery. He suggested to wait until pianos have settled a few weeks after the move before we tune. I tried to contact Jeff by phone and text at least 6-8 different times in the weeks after the move, to no avail. The first part I would rate a 5 star. The second part I would rate a zero star.

Movers were friendly and professional. The move was completed within the quote. I would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this moving company. We had great experience! We moved from Toronto to Vaughan and we had two bedrooms apartment full of staff. We get 3 movers and large truck, it was amazing how guys wrapped everything and load in the truck. Everything was done fast and very professional way. We also used their storage because our new place wasn’t ready. After a week everything was delivered by the same team. Definitely stress free moving! I already recommend them to my friends. Thanks again for all your help!

Stay away, no matter how much cheaper Move Taxi is than the competition. Even though I was promised the moon by Todd, this was a nightmare move and I couldn’t recommend not going with Move Taxi enough. Here are just some of the issues we were faced with: - The two movers (who showed up 1h15mins late) had NO tools with them, meaning no dolly, straps, tape or even gloves. Just two guys and their arms. This not only led to the move being slower than it should have been, it also exhausted the guys and led to damage to several of our items. - They weren’t able to pack a 3-bdrm apartment in a 26’ truck (nothing was stacked), leading to us having to go back for two more trips with our car after the 13 hours(!) it took for them to move our stuff. - We had to feed the movers because they were exhausted and hungry and didn't have enough gas in the truck to go somewhere to get food. - Their so-called "wardrobe boxes" are just large boxes they throw your clothes in, hangers and all. I’ve reache

I hired this company last month, great experience with them. Very pleased with the service and their levels of professionalism. Reccommended.

Thank you Perfect Packers for a smooth move on all fronts. I want to give you a 4.9 due to a tiny detail, but will go with 5 as it doesn't seem to allow use of decimals. I'll point out the tiny detail in a moment. Let me start out with compliments to Katie Dick in the office for getting things rolling. Always quick to get back to me and a true professional. Then it was a new experience for me with the capable Sharon and Stacey packing up my whole apartment. Mike and the moving out team came the following day and walked me through box numbers and got everything out smoothly and down 15 storeys in the elevator. A few days later, I met Mario and Jesse on the other end in NB in the big van they somehow manoeuvred into my common driveway that is shared with 4 buildings. Good to know Mario and Jesse were safe after their truck broke down on the highway about two hours North of Fredericton the night before. They got everything up the single flight of stairs, including some heavy pieces. All tagged items arrived. All came out well on this end, except one tea cup saucer and a glass flour container. I still haven't opened a few boxes yet. I gave tips to everyone at both apartments. Would have loved to give more, but had to pay for my own move between Ottawa and Fredericton. Sent envelopes to Sharon and Stacey via Mario. The one small detail that was missed was when the shelves were taken out of bookcases, CD and TV cabinets. All the shelf brackets were left in. When the pieces arrived in NB, three cabinets were missing brackets. I was thus not able to load them quickly. I was able to find replacement brackets for two cabinets at local hardware stores, but no luck with the CD cabinet with 4 brackets missing. That leaves a shelf unable to be installed. Other than this one detail, it was a very positive experience. Derek Carlisle Fredericton, NB
