Guys moved my office 3 weeks ago. I am totally satisfied. Nothing was damaged and they clean after. Recommend to everyone who is looking for professional movers.

Initial quote & arrangements seemed great, & Cindy was very friendly on the phone. I verified all the details about the move, as I knew it would be a tricky move & would require a dissemble of the piano. I was assured everything would be good. I was initially dubious about using this company due to some poor ratings recently, however I work for a school board that uses them to move pianos all the time, & I had never run into an issue, so I overlooked the poor ratings — That was a mistake. On pick-up day, I left work early AND my uncle took a day off work so that we could meet the movers, only to call Cindy to verify why the movers were late & was told "Oh, it's scheduled for next week." After clarifying that, no, the move was indeed today & I had verified the time, she tried to schedule the move for the next day, to which I stated "No, it needs to be today." She said she would "call her crew." I waited 25 minutes before calling her back to verify if the movers were coming, & was told "Yes, they are on their way." Half an hour later, I received a phone call from the movers stating they were leaving their current location & their GPS said they would take another half an hour to arrive at my pickup location. This was infuriating, as this was already an hour and 15 minutes after the original scheduled appointment, & I had stressed to Cindy that I had a time-cap on being finished moved into the new location. When the movers arrived, they seemed extremely friendly, but the first mover was shocked when he saw my piano & the fact that it was being moved up a flight of stairs from a basement. He referred to my piano as a "Pig." Upon the second, more senior mover seeing the piano, he informed me it was too heavy & large for only the 2 of them to move by themselves. They told me they had not received any details from Cindy regarding the move or the piano, & continuously referred to my appointment as an "add-on." I informed them that I had given all this information to Cindy, & that while I was sorry this was the case, it was not my problem. The senior mover tried to make a few calls to see if he could have someone else help them with the move, but he had no luck. During this time, I & the other mover BOTH tried calling Cindy, with no answer. They called someone else at the "office", who told them that Cindy had gone to the bank. Both movers then made a comment that I would be lucky to get a call back from her. When I inquired as to why, they chuckled & said, "That's just how our company works." One mover verified the phone number I had for Cindy, & suggested I text Cindy, as the number I had was her cell phone. I asked her to call me to discuss the matter. That was over 2+ hours ago, & I still have not heard from her. Although it was not convenient for anyone involved on my end, we rescheduled with the senior mover for the next morning, & he agreed to bring a third man to help with the move. Obviously frustrated and furious, I found a more reliable company to move my piano as soon as I arrived home, & while they were a little pricer, they assured me in writing about what was required to move, & were willing to move the piano the very next morning. I emailed & sent a text message to both Cindy & the senior mover, informing them I was cancelling the move scheduled with CW Piano Movers, as I had found someone else to move the piano. Suddenly, Cindy answered me via text message! Except it seemed like she was more responding to the senior mover, as it was a group text, rather than responding to me. Not once did she phone me back. Not once did she apologize. All I got was that she was at the bank & the "line was long." ... You couldn't check your text messages during a 2+ hour wait in a bank line? Likely story... Suggestion, do not use this company. Trust the poor ratings & reviews. They will quote you an amazing price that is better than anyone else, but they are extremely disorganized & will waste your time. Save yourself the trouble & go with another reputable company.

Jason and Cory did an amazing job! They moved my daughter's things from Waterloo to the GTA during the worst snow/rain/ice storm. They were fast, efficient, polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

My daughter moved to Ottawa and I sent her one bedroom stuff to Ottawa. It was so easy working with them. I was communicating with Mr. Lukas until the end. There were no changes on the estimate that they gave. Everything went as he promised. The movers were on time to pickup and they dropped off as promised. Two guys came and did a wonderful job. No much talk but very friendly and have good manners. They covered all the necessary items with blankets and moved very carefully. My daughter was very impressed about their work. Excellent job for a reasonable price. Thanks Lukas and other guys who did the moving.

Great service! After trying to move everything between our new / old house ourselves with a couple friends and a UHaul, we failed and were left with a few items we couldn’t transport. We called these guys, and they came the next day. They (Mohamed and Johny) were able to move a 1000 lbs safe and washer / dryer along with roughy a dozen other large items with just the 2 of them in under 2 hrs. Not only that, but I’m extremely anal about the floors / walls in my new house, and they did it all without a single scratch. After this experience, I will never attempt another move on my own. Should have hired these guys from the start. Amazing service and I’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of some movers.

I hired them to do a job for me and I have had bad experience in the past with other movers . I was happy with their Flat rate Quote they gave me before the moving date . They promised 2 men and a truck . Then on the moving date they showed up 5 men and a big truck . I was so happy with these movers , they make the industry of moving look good. Way to go Francesk , Aleks and the rest of the guys . I will tell everyone about you guys , very professional , polite and HARD WORKERS. Thank you very much for everything, my inlaws will be calling you for their move next month .

These guys are great. Just moved into my new apartment at the beginning of November and it was a breeze. These guys took care of everything from properly wrapping the furniture to booking the service elevator to avoid any last minute drama. The initial plan was to just get a U-Haul truck and do the move myself (and possibly break my back in the process) but I'm glad I changed my mind and hired these guys. Their pricing is more than fair for the quality of service you get.

My girlfriend and I were moving out of our two bedroom basement apartment and booked Last Minute Movers (or "EBS Transport") on relatively short notice due to lack of options. We had a sinking feeling in the days leading up to the move, expecting to hear from them to give us details and confirm our appointment. At this point we hadn't settled on a specific time. I called the day of, around the time they were supposed to show up ("mid to late morning") and they told me they would be there at one. Not terrible, but later than we wanted. The time comes and goes, and I call the office, and I'm told that the movers called me but I didn't pick up, so they moved on to another job. I denied receiving any call, and was called a liar. What would I have to gain by lying? After being hung up on twice, he says another driver will be there in an hour. Instead of a personalized moving truck, which they advertise on their website, a smallish Budget van shows up. The two movers were skinny young guys, which was a bad sign. They also didn't have any moving equipment whatsoever, including basic safety gear. They gave us a larger estimate than was agreed on over the phone and made me and my girlfriend very uncomfortable when signing the contract. They also said they had a four hour minimum, instead of the two which they told me over the phone. Of course, they go very slowly, checking their phones and chit chatting at their leisure. My girlfriend was helping them carry some boxes up the stairs, but they only seemed irritated and slowed down to make sure things didn't go too quickly. One mover asked why we packed the boxes so heavy. It's because we were expecting MOVERS, big strong guys with real equipment, not two skinny kids. Unbelievable. Despite having none of our furniture wrapped in blankets or fastened to the truck, nothing was damaged, however they are clearly not concerned with your belongings whatsoever. The move into our new apartment was relatively smooth and hassle free, but was NOT worth the rest of the experience. We felt ripped off, and taken advantage of because they know we're dependant on them for something huge and stressful. Terrible, terrible company.

Please send big thank you's to the 3 gentlemen that helped me move on Saturday April 14th - Moses, David and Landon. It was a challenging day for weather (ice storm) but they were able to get the truck really close to the awning at their first stop (My old building). They were methodical in their packing of the truck and very careful with all of my belongings. Every piece of furniture was wrapped and they used larger boxes to put multiple items in, to reduce trips back and forth. We got lucky at the new house and the rain/ice held off for a little while. I colour coded my boxes and they were so accommodating to make sure the boxes were taken to the floors that the colour indicated. Best of all, they all had great senses of humour and made what could have been a stressful day much easier and enjoyable. Thank you again Heather Jack

Many thanks to Sonia Singh and the excellent moving crew at Braymore for their efficient and courteous assistance in moving an old friend to its new location. Braymore arrived when they said they would, and there were no hidden costs. Highly recommended.

I have to say. The 3 Gentlemen that came yesterday to help me and my family move were very professional! They move everything from the home with easy and without any issue! They wrapped all the items, took their time and did their job!. Finished pretty quick too and also helped me out with raking a old fridge out from my new place! I would like to thank them all for their service yesterday and will recommend them and the company to anyone that will be moving! 5 ⭐️ to them and 2 Men and a Truck! Thank you!

Few weeks ago I moved back home to Scarborough from Oakville using Carefree Moving company. I've got great experience and I think these movers can be proud of their work. I didn't find any flaws in their services done for me and have no complaints. They did great job for me. Wrapping and packing my stuff, delivery , loading and unloading, then furniture set up - all were done properly. Just great. I am lucky to find these movers.
